“Sandals needed - wedge type . Not a good selection.I noticed that many of the sandals were totally flat, no arch and no good rubber bottoms to keep you from sliding. The best sandals feel good on your feet and look good too, and they are leather. Nobody really likes plastic as they soon find out it doesn't have the ability to stretch and often can't be broken into, but will certainly get overly hot and cause blisters which we know are painful. I was looking for wedges as that little heel has a better sole and traction. But there wasn't even one wedge that I could try on that had a small heel. There were a few pair that were about 4-1/2 feet inches tall. Much too high for me!”

“I had an issue with gift cards, as the cashier wasn't able to print out the individual receipt with denomination, for each one. Word of warning, DO NOT leave the store without the receipt. My store receipt showed I had paid for each card and amount. When my family tried to use them, they were told "there's no money on the card" I returned to the store, showed my receipt to Customer Service Manager, Natassja, who, had to call the 800 number on my receipt. The lady at corporate office wanted photos of the back of the cards, which were gifts and no longer in my possession and wanted to "investigate the transaction". I had proof of my payment but the cards had $0, which Natassja had printed out. Bottom line, Natassja listened, understood the problem, kept calm and solved my problem. She was very pleasant through out my conversation with corporate office, who at the time wasn't being too cooperative.Thank you Natassja!”
