“I must say, I unfortunately don't have the name of the man who helped me the other day, only his employee ID # on my receipt. Of course, I can't post that on here. I would love to commend him! Long story short, he was very professional. I had to buy a new phone & he helped me to pick out a new phone very quickly. I cracked the phone face on my old phone (I'm a clutz). I wasn't happy with the picture quality of it,anyhow. Lol... I expressed to him that I wanted the cheapest phone with the best picture quality. He showed me 2 phones & had me set up for my purchase within 5 minutes of our interaction. Great salesperson! Of course the set up takes longer but, I'm giving him commends. He also helped me to pick out the case and a screen saver ASAP. I was wanting to get to the brass & tacks & he was very responsive, intelligent & knowledgeable of all of the products. I'm ? impressed & content. I will definitely be going back to that branch.”

“After a HORRENDOUS experience at Tanforan.. I came here around 8:15pm b/c I added a new phone but the number couldnt transfer and that it'll take 24 hrs? Metro & Tmobile are the same company now. I had a gut feeling something went wrong.My moms # is so important b/c my brother is disabled and all his appointments/therapy is connected to that # she's had for 30+ years. So I jst called T-Mobile @ Serramonte just to ease my mind. They checked on the transfer and they told me there was an error and the worker should've checked. At 8:15pm I rushed to the Serramonte store to try to fix it. I was GRACIOUSLY helped by Anthony.. upon checking my account San Bruno Tmobile (tanforan location) added two tablet lines after I already told her no. The tmobile expert Anthony graciously helped me through it all.. taking off the 2 tablet lines I never got, transferred the metro # that took minutes. Anthony helped me get all this on the phone with two people at the same time. So Anthony THANK YOU!! You were so helpful and transparent!!”

“Well, I'd trusted more this T-Mobile, than the one over here on Mission St. and the end of Ocean Avenue.I went here first, but this employee's are not attending pretty good if we ask for help. See, I has a problem with my Android phone, when I called someone I didn't ring the other phone, so, did shot off if wasn't connected.So, I had to go to the one from Daly City, they activated my phone two times. But the third time I had to do it myself, it takes time, but I am getting more practice. Maybe, I don't go there for help anymore. My phone is working pretty good now. Can you see some of my photos? “Target is good when looking for items like electronics, food, or clothes. But sometimes it may sell out and you can order it online and have it shipped to your place or to the store. They are pretty good on that. Also, they are pretty good on price matching a particular item cause I have done it in the past.”

“ATTENTION ALL AT&T CUSTOMERS BEST LOCATION FOR ALL YOUR AT&T NEEDS!!! I was initially a T-Mobile & Xfinity customer for about 7 years... We came pretty late on Black Friday 11/24 Sean warmly welcomed us, we rescheduled with Anthony A. For Tuesday 11/29 to help us get set up with the switch and all the amazing deals! ETA for our phone was initially Jan 2023. We received our phones on Thursday 12/1 Returned Friday 12/2 worked with Ho Pan aka Jackie Chan to set up our phones, get some internet set up questions answered & ask more about phone replacement credit. Sat 12/3 returned old phones with Filipino Glenn to help set up our trade in value. I can say everyone had exceptional customer service! So to all we've come in contact with THANK YOU! Although our relationship is short for now, I'll update if a star needs removal lol jk..”

Everything went well, except that I couldn't get the phone to work--no incoming and wasn't able to make any outgoing calls. I came to the location closest to me and was greeted by Padam.After explaining my situation, he wasn't sure if he could help me--I felt he gave me a hint of attitude & said he was only a technician, not sure what that meant. Within 20 minutes, he got the phone working. Despite the initial attitude, the outcome was a fully functioning phone and for that I have to say his service/helpfulness was good.”
