“I've had nothing but great service with this branch. My account was hacked - not due their fault - and they were able to get me hooked up with a new account that same day. Everything went very smoothly. My ONLY issue is their hours. Anytime I want to go into the office, I have to take an hour from work. I wish they would have at least one day a week where they were open until 5 pm. Maybe adjust their hours to be from 10 am - 5 pm. That would be very helpful.”

“I have been going here all my adult life, my mom worked for the county and that’s how I got it (u use to have to be referred). All my children now have accounts here, car loans here, we have moved with them, had their name changed with them, etc. I honestly feel they’re part of our family. I have NEVER had bad customer service. I have had employees go above and beyond on many occasions. I do not particularly like this current location (BUT I love the current employees in there at Century Blvd) however I do much of my banking through the app?. You all are doing a great job and I appreciate each one if you!???”

I don't know what the other people's problems were that posted several years ago, but they need to get a life and realize this is a credit union NOT a bank, and is not there to cash (make change) for your probably counterfeit bills -- especially when your not a client. All I can say is the staff has always been very professional and extremely knowledgeable.OH AND BY THE WAY, I HAVE NEVER WAITED IN LINE FOR MORE THAN SAY 2-3 MINUTES ....
