“Pros:Customer Service person was so nice and answered every question I asked very well.Cons: After approving my new car loan and walking into the dealership to close the deal. the car dealership tried to reach the bank on couple of occasions without any succes.I would have said the dealership was not been truthfull because they were trying to have me finance with them. but I had already experienced it myself for the last couple of weeks. trying to reach the bank was so tidous not to mention endless attempts trying to log into my own account all in the name of some merger or update. I eventualy went back in to finance with the dealership for my peace of mind.This was a horrible experience”

“I've had nothing but great service with this branch. My account was hacked - not due their fault - and they were able to get me hooked up with a new account that same day. Everything went very smoothly. My ONLY issue is their hours. Anytime I want to go into the office, I have to take an hour from work. I wish they would have at least one day a week where they were open until 5 pm. Maybe adjust their hours to be from 10 am - 5 pm. That would be very helpful.”

The phone greeting is a computer generated voice who tries to act like he enters data with fake key board noise it is hard to get directed to a real person. I understand this is how all companies are going but theirs seems more difficult to deal with.The bank just needs to make customer service more simple.”
