“Edit:I appreciate that Wells Fargos media team was so diligent about following up to gain insight to the experience. I realize the actions of one teller shouldn't affect the overall rating of a business so I am changing my review to reflect the great follow-up to the original situation.Original Review:I was just at this location. Around 12:40pm 3/21/22 The teller was on the shorter side, black hair, heavy eyeliner. She was incredibly rude and dismissive. She told me there would be a charge for depositing a check so I asked what the charge would be. She roller eyes and just repeated "there will be a charge" it was very strange. She wouldn't tell me what the charge would be. I also needed a signature from a banker for a verification form to purchase government bonds. She did not seem to know have any information. She said I needed an appointment so I asked to make an appointment. I was told I needed to make an appointment on the app? Very strange. I should be able to make an appointment at my local bank. I literally just needed a signature as well. I have been thinking of changing banks for years and I think this was the straw that broke the camels back. I hope this gets to management so they can get this teller some more training. And have a discussion about her attitude.”

“I went to this Bank of America financial Center today to make a purchase/order of exchange foreign currency. At the window, Jill was there helping me She was very professional, patient, knowledgeable and kind, answered all my questions. This is the best Band of America branch office I have ever been to! I used to go to B of A Moraga branch office, I had very bad experiences there and they lost my money from my CD account and I am still trying to get my money back. I really do not have much good feelings about B of A in general based on my past many years experiences dealing with B of A at the other branch offices. But today, I met Jilly at B of A Pleasant Hill branch office, she is so wonderful It made me think probably is not the problem of the bank itself, it could be the people I have been dealing with from the Bank of America. Thank you, Jill. both you and your branch manager (sorry I did not get your name) both of you are just wonderful.”

“This review and 5 stars are for Yousof. He took the time to see me when I didn't have an appointment. I had been trying to update my legal information for a week but their appointments didn't match my schedule and it was something that I needed to get done. He was extremely nice, and professional and took care of the things I needed. Overall an amazing experience with his service and with one of the tellers, unfortunately, I don't remember her name. I highly recommend Yousof if you need assistance with your accounts.”

“This is for Luz Pool. Awesome lady. Closing on house. Bitchy teller tells me I have to make an appointment to wire my money. House signing in one hour. Hell no. I used the app previously but they only allow a certain dollar amount after first wire which was my initial deposit. No one told me I had to make an appointment. Imagine can't get my money out to close a house. Bitchy teller says I can get on the schedule in 2 weeks. Your high mamma. Anyway, walked up to Luz Pool...said I need help. She stepped up to the plate. On point, professional! Meantime bitchy teller made a call and did nothing to help. Didn't give 2 shits. Was more interested in telling me to lift my mask (hey...f...u) behind six inch bulletproof glass. Maybe she was worried the COVID would get her by magically penetrating this war shield and slip behind a gap in her mask hiding her eternal sour puss. Happened on 6/2/21 around 11am if management wants to watch bitchy teller in action. Promote Luz Pool and fire the other joker. House closed! Out of homeless garbage infested Bay Area. Thanks Luz. I owe you one.”

“I am surprised by the negative reports. I went there today with a problem that turned out to be difficult to resolve. I worked with Banker Azhyade Avalos and she was terrific. The solution required multiple in house calls and her persistence. She fixed the problem same day when Customer Service on the phone blew me off. I am glad I went to this branch despite the negative reviews. FYI - do not open an account using the app.”
