“Certainly, I have always taken my cats to this particular veterinarian. I am very fond of them. They are exceptionally great, caring, and kind. They are also very helpful in providing medication guidance and explaining how it is intended to be used and when to administer it. Additionally, they offer valuable advice on dietary modifications for cats experiencing adverse reactions. I highly recommend this establishment and would wholeheartedly suggest that you consider visiting it. It is truly remarkable, and I believe you would find it equally beneficial.”
“I have been going here for 2 years and I could not ask for a better vet to take my puppy to. They understand each dogs personality and will adjust how they handle and care for them because every dog is unique. The staff is amazingly kind (and they all have such great humor! Via the sign) I took my dog here once to remove a foxtail that had gotten stuck in his paw and they explained the entire surgery process to me and aftercare and now he's back to his regular self. Seriously take your pets here, you won't regret it.”
“If I could give more stars I would! I called many other vets trying to get my dog seen who I believe was having a seizure at the time. My primary vet wouldn't see her until 2 days later, another one wanted $1000 or I can drop her off and they will get to her when they could (disgusting by the way!). I called This vet and explained what was happening, they didn't hesitate and told me to bring her in. within 5mins of getting their the staff took her back. Another 5 mins later I was in a room with the doctor checking my dog. The main doctor was super friendly and caring, she took her time to explain everything that was happening and reassured me that my pet was going to be ok. I am so thankful I found this place and I have already decided I am making this hospital my new primary vet! I cannot recommend this office enough! Wonderful staff! Thank you so much for helping my Stella on short notice!”
“What can I say? We love our vet here. Dr. Song truly was and has been wonderful. We brought in our little Frenchie and after multiple vet/ emergency room visits this is where we were told to come. He diagnosed our Frenchie and he took a conservative approach. No upselling, simple conservative approach. This is golden when you're worried about your little one and the last thing you want is a vet upselling everything. He is only here on weekends and I make sure to make my appointments. We have had only good experiences here. ”
“Such great care from all staff that helped us, from the front desk lady, the vet, and staff helping us in side the room. My dog had an ear infection, and Claudia helped so much. The reason we came here was because in our previous vet, they didn't allow us to go inside with them and I could tell my dog was anguished going in alone (she'd cry and bark so much). We came into Adams for her vaccine renewal (x3 vaccines) and an ear cleaning and Claudia handled all that very professionally and with a caring attitude. She'd explain everything to me as she was doing it and what I could do at home for her ears. I will definitely be coming back here :)”

“We took our 12 week Golden Retriever puppy to County Line to see Dr Lee. What a great Vet! Our appointment was on time, kind and courteous, and an overall great experience. Dr Lee looked over Zack carefully, and helped us (as new puppy owners) feel confident and at ease with all our questions. i.e. vaccine schedules, puppy biting, feeding, and upcoming visits. The field of veterinary care is so challenging... and County Line Vets do it so well. 5 stars. Highly recommend!”

“If I could give this hospital a sixth star, I would. I came here an emotional wreck because my sweetheart of a rat needed help crossing over. It was an emergency. I called first, and the front desk staff was extremely sympathetic and let me know they would be able to accommodate me. From start to finish, the nurses and the doctor were patient, sincere, and comforting. They let me take all of the time I needed to say goodbye and treated my baby with the utmost gentleness and care. The trauma of losing a pet will never be easy, but letting them go in the company of people who know and understand the complex depth of your bond is of the utmost importance to begin the healing process.”

“Anita is a rude lady. She didn't answer the phone with the vets name or her own, only "Hello" in an annoyed voice. I expressed my concern and how I was upset and she seemed to not care and gave me no options. I had to ask for her name at the end because I was so displeased with that response. I love this vet so much. I am now 25 years old and my grandma, who is now passed, had been coming here with her dogs since before I was born. Everyone is also accommodating and helpful and at least tries to provide some options, which is why we've stayed loyal to this vet. She did none. I was shocked to hang up the phone. First time myself or my family ever experienced that. In the many, many, MANY years we've been coming. Very upset by that. Other than that the vet is amazing.”

“If you want to properly check your dog's health, go to this place. We don't regret taking our child to see this teacher. Still, we decided to take comfort in the fact that we did what we could. Sir, General fell into a deep sleep with a smiling face on Monday morning. My heart aches even more because he was smiling until the end. “Dr. Park (younger one) is amazing. I have two French bulldogs with an ear infection and skin infection. He was able to fit me into his busy schedule and see both dogs. My dogs are doing a lot better! He's caring, knowledgeable and explains things very well. Prices are very reasonable compared to other vets I've been do. My dogs are doing great and I 100% trust Dr. Park (younger and older) great practitioner with great hearts. I work in healthcare so I know this clinic is ran properly and honestly . This now is my permanent veterinarian!”

“I took our Cat Foxy here because she got attacked by a raccoon or possum and had a bad wound on her leg which got infected. The staff and doctor were so attentive to Foxy. Unfortunately we had to put our Sweet Foxy to sleep. The staff and doctors were so sweet, respectful to Foxy as well as to our family. I would recommend taking your animals here they will take very good care of them. Thank you to the Doctor and Staff.”
“We have had a great experience with Dr. Carnahan and the Staff at Dr. Domotor’s. We were looking for a new veterinarian for our dog after having some bad experiences with other veterinarians. At our initial visit, Dr. Carnahan took his time in addressing all of our questions and concerns. We felt very comfortable and assured our dog was getting the best care.Our dog had multiple teeth extracted and Dr. Carnahan and Staff did an amazing job and were wonderful with postop care.We are so thankful we found Dr. Domotor’s!”
“Dr. Z, Donna B. the vet tech and staff are the best. The first time I came to this office was in 2023, lucy my cat was terminally ill with kidney disease. Dr. Z and staff helped me and lucy through her transition. Jack is my baby boy. He has been seen several times at this office for check ups. Dr. Z and Donna B were especially patient and attentive with Jack and myself. I highly recommend this place thank you Dr. Z and staff.”

“Since we got our pupping in 2019 - we have been taking them to Dr Sinh and his wonderful staff. Our puppies like how everyone is nice and caring for them. The only thing that we don't like is the location - need to go thru homeless or weird people before entering the clinic ( gas station & 7 eleven)”

“THIS HOSPITAL SAVED MY DOGS LIFE On Monday 07/22 I called this office in an absolute panic. My dog needed an Echocardiogram and the facilities I had been recommended were not able to assist. The previous vet clinic I was at that morning had suggested I put my baby down. I called here and the front desk staff immediately jumped into action to help me. I had about an hour and 15 minute drive and when I walked in, they knew who I was and knew my dogs name. She was in the back being triaged in less than 5 minutes. About 15-20 minutes later I was called to a room to meet with the Vet. Dr. James sat down with us and wanted a full history of everything leading up to the health issue my dog experienced the day before. He was so kind, patient and personable. I have NEVER had such a kind vet. He assured us that my dog would be okay, talked us through what he was seeing, what and why he wanted to test for and what he thought the issue was. We agreed to everything and they got to work. The office kept in contact with me as they completed each test and Dr. James called us and went over every finding. About 5 ish hours later, we were headed home with a much improved dog. For being such a terrifying day, the experience we had here was wonderful. Everyone was so kind and I felt so much better when we left. I did not feel that they were over testing or trying to over charge on any service. Everything they wanted to perform was justified and necessary. I will be going back in 2-4 weeks for a follow up. If you are questioning where to take your pet- come here. We might have lost our best friend yesterday, but Dr. James and the entire staff turned everything around.”
“I spoke to Dr. Cruz via text and he was able to give me an upfront estimate of my dog's mass removal. I appreciate that he was responsive and honest with me. He seems genuinely invested in his patients care and not profit because not once did he try to push for us to do additional tests (we previously experienced this at another vet). Their pricing is also affordable as well. Staff was kind as well, and all seemed like they enjoyed what they were doing. I felt like we were leaving our dog in good hands and they proved this to be correct.”

“What a wonderful staff. I had an emergency after my chihuahua got into some chocolate. I called about 10 vets in the area and no one would take me. Elwood Animal Clinic was the only facility that made space to take us in and treat my baby. They were kind, understanding, and extremely helpful. We were sent home with medication and very detailed and well explained instructions. The next morning we received a follow up call checking in on how my pup did over night. I am grateful for the prompt response and service.”

“Have been taking my pets for yrs here. Great customer service. Easy interactive process by text. I would highly recommend to text, they respond quick. They are closed from 12-1:30 I believe. They've taken care of my fur babies for yrs. Even during Covid. Have had two losses and they have provided excellent care and explained the process thorough we even had our pets cremated which was provided by an outside service but they arranged which made it convenient.”
