“Had a nail in one of my truck's tires and was serviced fairly quickly (probably about 30 mins total duebto there being other folks there before me). Really nice people and trustworthy as well! The second time this happened, I guess the nail was short enough that it didn't penetrate deep enough so I didn't pay anything. Topped off my tire pressures each time too!”

“I am so thankful to Carlos and Brandon and want to publicly express my thanks and appreciation for them.Upon entry Carlos was so warm and welcoming despite being in the middle of working w a customer and dealing w a relentless string of phone calls. He handled every interaction with such care and empathy. I was blown away. It was 5pm, the shop was closing at 6p and everyone, it appeared, had an emergency he was helping them through. I was at the shell gas station across the street when I noticed a small bubble on my back right tire. I was elated to see your shop was directly across the street — Carlos could tell I was concerned about not knowing what to do bc I’m a new car owner (have always lived in cities where you don’t need a car) and taught me how the bubble was formed and the dangers of driving on a tire with one on it — especially since I lived a full hour away and would need to drive on multiple highways. He never pitched me for a sale — actually, he taught me how to read tire specs, and unlike my own dealership, told me my other tires were just fine.He made sure his shop team could accommodate me- advised me on the process, price, difference in tires (whether I wanted to purchase from your store or not) and what to look out for in the future. I felt safe. It’s my hope he’ll be in senior leadership at your shop or own his own.Brandon was assigned to my car - helped me find a solution to not knowing about (and later finding) my rim key, how long the process would take and what to look out for. He advised me on what to keep in mind in my next tire purchase and many other aspects of car ownership that displayed his deep knowledge of care maintenance and repair. It’s my hope he’ll lead your repair team one day or manage the shop’s ops - or own his own one day.I’d be remiss to not point out every single person in the Chino, CA Big O was extremely personable, professional, and helpful. Even though I arrived late in their day they all were oriented toward helping me and keeping me safe on the road. I’ll never forget it.Thank you, Carlos, Brandon and team. “Ordered tires off Amazon do to being like $6-8 cheaper then picking them up from their location in Chino, not sure why, just had to wait few days longer, no biggie. Took tires to tire shop in Norco to fit on rim.. smooth tread, compared to my previous all terrain tire.”

“I called to get pricing for my new tires & rims for my Dodge Durango. Spoke to Ray over the phone and upon arrival had Freddy help me out. I wanted 20 inch tires because 22 " wouldn't be stable enough for the pothole on the fwy. Well, he convinced me and I went with the 22" ! He knew exactly the "look " I was aiming for. In addition, they could get it done the following day! Made an appointment for two days after and did not disappoint! Highly recommend this place. It is rather busy for a secluded location in Chino but definitely worth considering if you're looking to upgrade your vehicle. If that's what you're looking for. “I like the Sam's Cafe. The prices can't be beet. Everything is costs less than $1.50 except for the whole pizzas. The pizza pretzel is great for kids who do not like pizza sauce because they put it on the side. I love that the kids can get an icee for $0.89....Like what less than a dollar that's unheard of these days.The food is tasty for fast food. I love I can order through the Sam's Club app and just pick it up and do not feel guilty spending $50 on food. I do wish they had more places to sit. Sitting is limited and a waiting game. It can get crazy with there is a rush of people at the Cafe. But the self checkout through the app is something to be admired. It so quick and easy especially with kids in tow I'm in and out with no kids saying "there's another line!" I am surprised there are no long lines through the aisles which is a refreshing for a big box store.”
