“Sergio and his crew are amazing. I just needed a ball bearing replacement on my passenger side back tire. Pep Boy’s ripped out my back brake’s three time’s….because they had no clue what the noise in my car was. They quoted me $821 for a fix. I did. have enough money to pay whatever they were charging me for. Sergio and his crew fixed my car for $270. My little car now sound’s and run’s amazing. I was also in and out Sergio’s shop in one hour. I will only ever go to Sergio for everything….We are also both Chino High School Alum’s.♥️”

“My 2013 Jaguar XJL Portfolio was a Special Order car with all options offered by JLR. Recently, I hit a huge pothole and destroyed my front Kasuga Polished wheel along with my almost-new Continental tire. I ordered one from OriginalWheel that was stated "As New" but the wheel was sold before I could order it...my fault for thinking I could save a few bucks. OriginalWheel's associate, Kevin, reached back to let me know he would find me another and he went out of his way to do so. Kevin went on to say the wheel he located was "B" Rated one with minor surface scratches. He sent me 10 photos, assured me that my satisfaction would be honored. I am proud to say the wheel I received was almost as new. Kevin clearly overstated the minor scratches which is unusual as most people would have understated such. The wheel is quite beautiful...even the tiny scratches he showed me were almost imperceptible. Hat's off to OriginalWheels and Kevin. I highly recommend this company...having operated an award-winning automotive service company for 50 years, I know a bit about customer service.”

“I called to get pricing for my new tires & rims for my Dodge Durango. Spoke to Ray over the phone and upon arrival had Freddy help me out. I wanted 20 inch tires because 22 " wouldn't be stable enough for the pothole on the fwy. Well, he convinced me and I went with the 22" ! He knew exactly the "look " I was aiming for. In addition, they could get it done the following day! Made an appointment for two days after and did not disappoint! Highly recommend this place. It is rather busy for a secluded location in Chino but definitely worth considering if you're looking to upgrade your vehicle. If that's what you're looking for.
