The owner is hard of hearing and can be prone to ramble on, but they have *experience* and *integrity*, so it is a no brainer to go to them.Oh yes, got 4 new Firestones from them and my car is very happy with its new "shoes" ;) Also, I have been to them in the past for things like low air, and a tire needing a patch. Which they did not want to charge for!”

I was a bit skeptical to take my brand new Tesla to this establishment because of the recent name change and assumed lack of knowledge working with Tesla's. After a few hours, I received my car and overall I am happy with my decision to come here for my tire needs. “I came in recently to get my lower ball joints done on my 2008 Acura TL Type-S. Now they aren’t regular ball joints they are extended ball joints to help the car handle better since it’s lowered. So I thought I’d ask and see if they knew how to do them since I had others tell me they couldn’t. Sure enough they were able to do them, as well as get my alignment done all on the same day & for a great price too! Shoutout to my guy Luis for taking care of my car like it was his own! I will definitely be recommending them to anyone needing to get work done.Services: Steering & suspension replacement”

“Was about to get in my car for lunch when i noticed a huge screw in my back tire. This place popped up as being close to me so i called. Like another review mentioned there was no answer but i took my car in anyways. No joke i was in and out in less than 15 mins. No wonder they dont answer the phone, because they are hustling getting their customers in and out! LOVE it! Asked me which tire, no blah blah blah just straight to fixing it. “My family has been coming here for years, now i come by here n there, looks like a dingy old place but their work is still good! I usually come here for wheel alignments and tire balances.Advice for anyone coming thru, the place can get a little chaotic, they sorta just work w anyone who shows up as long as you can approach a worker, you can get in n out real fast. like 30 mins tops. Also you might be able to break a deal with their prices, tires and labor is getting expensive but they seem to work with most people that come through.Only concern about the work I'd give is if you're mechanically inclined, you might want to torque your wheels to spec at home.”

“I am so happy with Mena's Brakes and Suspensions! My family has been taking our cars to them for years now, and I have no complaints about the service and prices I've received. It has been my experience that I take my car to the dealer, and they have made up things that are supposedly wrong, and when I've taken it to Sergio, the current person who runs Mena's, I've found out that there was nothing wrong. When something is wrong, however, Sergio always does a great job. He doesn't try to take advantage of his customers, and his pricing is very fair. The only caveat is that it seems he's short-staffed, and he gets busy, so as with everything lately, I recommend having some patience and understanding!”

“I took my car in for new tires to Ontario Tire & Wheels where si buy tires for all of our cars. I asked for the Manager whom I always deal with, and found out he is no longer there. I meet the new Manager Dylan, and she quickly handled my request. We left my car and when I returned all wheels were installed and an alignment had been done. I have gone back a few times to check the air in the tires and have always been serviced with a lot of professionalism and respect. I highly recommend this business .”

“100% customer service! The front desk clerk and the technicians are just an amazing group of Men. Now remember when you show up to a tire shop you have guys working on your hot car and also remember the guys are also working in this summer heat! Having a good customer service says a lot. I had a nail in my tire and it was under warranty and they fixed it right away. Yes I had to wait for 30 min but it’s getting fixed for free. That’s because I got new tire from them.
