They were so kind about me trying to get my dad some birkenstocks and when they didn't fit him he just got Teva shoe. They were so kind that they gave me a mini tune up coupon. This was probably the best customer experience I have ever had in my life

If you want bad service, do NOT go here. I swear these birkenstalks are better quality than the ones I have ordered from the actual company! This is a great family run business that pays attention to your personal needs! My wife was looking for new Birkenstocks and found exactly what she wanted. The customer service is fantastic!
