They are such a breath of fresh air since customer service seems to be none anymore. I drive from Oroville just to shop at their store. I do but local for most things. But I love love this store. It reminds me of the old Hallmark stores I grew up with. I can find unique gifts for just about anyone. I need a button that says I love Hubbs Stationary. ♥️”

“The best women's clothing boutique in downtown Chico. I love the clothes AND adore all the ladies who work and run this place.They have a wide range of options that can be dressed up or down or best suited for your personal style (which I did not have until now).Special shout-out to Erica! She has put together outfits I didn't know I needed, and had helped me select the right clothes for my body type and special event. But no matter who is in the shop, you will surely receive a warm welcome and top notch service and have lots of fun.On a side note, I feel compelled to write a disclaimer on their behalf. It really drives me crazy when people leave poor reviews due to return policies. Unfortunately, small boutiques like this one can't afford to to provide lengthy department store return options. Needless to say, at the time that I write this, it's a shame this business doesn't have 5 stars for the quality of their product and service. As humans, we tend to spend too much of our time and energy nitpicking and not taking responsibility for ourselves (like reading or asking about exchange policies). My hope is that more people will take a couple minutes of their day to drop a glowing review when they have a positive experience at a local shop who deserves more business (like this one) than only coming out of the woodwork on a bad day. Feedback is only useful when the advice is realistic and focused on what can be changed.”

“I oddly love this place. I go here every time I visit Chico and always buy something. Definitely caters to the older female shopper, but sometimes you can find something a little more on trend. Good selection, fairly large store. Old school service - they are super attentive and helpful. Stuff is tasteful but could be a smidge more contemporary. Expensive.”

“I had the most amazing customer service at Chico’s. I had an out of town three day work trip, and i had about 2 days notice to get some business attire . I went in a little frantic seeing if I could get some slacks , and button up shirts . Kylee came to my rescue and was absolutely amazing finding me the perfect slacks. and blouses. She even found accessories to complete my outfits. The next day I returned to pick up . Kaylee had them steamed hung up and ready for me to leave town . Hands-down the best customer service I have ever received. Thank you .”

“The store looks great. I live out of town and hadn't been there for awhile. EVERYTHING has been cleaned up and reorganized. I didn't have any trouble navigating, self serve order pickup worked great and the new checkout area is set up similar to Marshall's stores with a single line funneling into multiple cashiers. There were lots of pretty things to look at along the way. Nicely done through out the store and very clean.”

“This Tilly's is by far the friendliest and most helpful location that I have ever visited. The employees are very people oriented and more than willing to go above and beyond. On my visit today I was helped by Lilian on the floor when I was struggling to look for a specific item and was given the best answer for what I needed. They took their time to give me the best information so that I could make the proper decision on my purchase. As I got to the register, I was greeted by Lily who had great, positive energy and great customer service. My trip today couldn't have gone any smoother. The location owner is very lucky to have a solid, hardworking team!”
