“The store looks great. I live out of town and hadn't been there for awhile. EVERYTHING has been cleaned up and reorganized. I didn't have any trouble navigating, self serve order pickup worked great and the new checkout area is set up similar to Marshall's stores with a single line funneling into multiple cashiers. There were lots of pretty things to look at along the way. Nicely done through out the store and very clean.”

I just moved here from southern California in December, trying to get away from SoCal Costa Mesa. where shopping had become a nightmare and working in the shopping mall was impossible. I asked questions and got pleasant well-informed answers. I purchased and i took my time and shopped a little more and made another purchase. and actually enjoyed myself, your merchandise was merchandised beautifully and great quality for Chico. This young man was so kind and sweet he went out of his way to help me find the perfect set of baby clothes in the clothing aisle. “I had another great Target Drive-Up experience today. If there was anything good that came out of covid, it's Target Drive-Up! It seems like the employees at the Chico location are friendlier than the locations I used to frequent when I lived in the Sacramento area. In general, my orders are ready for pickup more quickly than originally estimated. On the flip side, I've had more frequent instances of items being out of stock after placing an order. Sadly, I would guess it's due to in-store theft which throws off inventory counts. That aside, I'm a loyal Target customer who appreciates the app + Drive-Up. Shopping for the essentials - and the occasional splurge - couldn't be easier!”

“I wanted to update my review after realizing my experience was a reflection of a moment not the store. I went back yesterday to return the water filter. The employee who helped me was extremely polite and friendly. The cashier at the checkout was friendly. I needed my tires rotated and the guys at the automotive center took the time to find my records from a different store and balanced and rotated my tires. The men in that department were all friendly. I am glad I went back and had a much better experience!”
