“I had to replace front suspension parts (Ball joints and outer tie rods) for my truck. Prices are very competitive. The first place I called wanted to charge about $1,100 to replace the parts, that I was supplying. Jordan charged me way less, including the alignment. I'm not the type of person to take my cars to shops unless I really have to. I'm glad I found Jordan.”

“Went in for a bolt in our tire, and w we were thinking we were going to have to get a new tire, quoted 300 somewhere else, and they told us the tire was fixable with a patch. He fixed it for me the next day at a fair price, and was very honest. I told him I'd recommend him and he had a customer for life. “Oh my goodness, I have never been so pleased with an auto repair specialist! I have a Chevy Malibu and Camaro 2SS that needed service. They just are past warranty, so I was looking for someplace other than a dealership to get the maintenance done, specifically oil change and whatever else was needed. I was able to get through to Halbert in one phone call and he fit me in the following day for one car and the next for the other. He called me to talk about what he recommended to be done and answered all my questions and explained everything so clearly. And when he gave me the estimate, I was stunned on how reasonable it was. He was very communicative, friendly, honest, and trustworthy. I couldn’t recommend his services more highly (well I’d give him double the score if it were possible). There is a reason his reviews are so high. And it isn’t because he offers a discount in exchange for them. And he doesn’t even ask for a review. Or hound you afterwards for one. He is just a down-to-earth honest person. He is amazing and I’m a customer for life now!”

“Didn't actually go in to this location was looking for a place to do my alignment saw a review from a other business I was looking at saying this place does good work I called Gerry's tire they said no not at the moment they don't do alignment but the gentleman was very polite and nice gave me two numbers to call called the first one which was Omar's tire and now have an appointment to do my alignment Monday morning. He didn't have to help me by giving me the other two numbers not to many people go above and beyond any more. To whomever answered the phone I greatly appreciate your help.”

“Took in our Mini Cooper to get a thermostat replaced and a day and a half later it was ready to go! They kept in communication with me and they let me know of other things they recommend I'd get repaired. Once we picked up the car they showed us the old parts and yeah, they definitely needed replacement.

“Just got 4 quality used tires installed and balanced for $180. There was a $5/per tire disposal fee to leave the old, so I kept the best one and paid $15 extra to leave 3. Total $195/4 tires installed. Friendly service, I waited, and 20 minutes later drove home with 4 good tires and one spare. Highly recommend.”

“I was looking for a AAA approved service facility near me in Banning, CA.
To my surprise and ultimate delight Famous Tire Company came up.
I had no idea they were more than a tire sales business. I saw some examples of the truck mods they have done. Amazing!
I went in to ask about what I wanted, a safety and mechanical checkup of the thorough nature specified by AAA guidelines.
They were so very kind and scheduled my service. I like their vibe and I can see that this is a well run shop.
The result was exactly as asked and promised.
When I need repairs, I WILL go to FAMOUS TIRE COMPANY without hesitation.”
“Where do I begin? I love Jim and Jeremy in the office. All of the staff is courteous, efficient, fast and effective. There does need to be a little better communications between Jim and Jeremy before telling the customer what the plan is... I absolutely love these two men! Mr. Jim who took my case was such a gentleman and swepted me off my feet! I forgot how it felt to be a beautiful lady for so long! He even offered to help park my car when I dropped it off & was so kind.. The way he opened the door and is so friendly and professional made me feel like the only one in the world.. Oh is he handsome too! Jeremy went the extra mile to try and fix a piece inside the car that had nothing to do with the original job. I am waiting on one piece and when I bring it in, I will have another whole job for them to do because they impressed me so much! Ladies if you want top notch treatment that will make your heart flutter come here!
UPDATE:: I took my car back to have some extra parts put on and I missed a couple of days due to my job and I felt so guilty! Not once did they ever mention it and were very glad to see me. My sig other did a horrid job cleaning the car and I just didnt have time to do it myself before bringing it in. So I have the extra piece pout and plus a phantom oversized grill thats not easy to deal with. They found a way to mount that monster and OMG it looks fabulous!!! The best thing, I barley had time to dye my hair and do anything around the house and they were calling me telling my car was done that day within HOURS!! I fully expected them to need to make time for it and get around to it over the next couple of days.. Nope less than 5 hours.. On the way home I noticed that even the back of the car l looked really good and how happy I was with it when it hit me....OMG They washed and spit shined my car to a high polish!!! I kept thinking wow why does my car look so good? the sun light was just glinting and shining off the back of the bumper and the sides..and I was just Floored!!! I cant believe they did that a second time for me!!
Man next time I go down there I better dress up in some high heels and a mini skirt! These guys deserve it!! HA ha Love them!!”
