He fixed it for me the next day at a fair price, and was very honest. I told him I'd recommend him and he had a customer for life. I always worry that I'll be taken advantage of because I'm a woman and not too car savvy, I never got that feeling with him, so if you're in need of a mechanic, give him a chance.”

“I'd give a thousand stars if I could. Not many qualified Porsche repair shops around this area and the dealers are $250 plus per hour plus try to sell you everything under the sun. I'm just so grateful I found Walter and Odilia. Honest. Caring. Beyond fair. Great mechanic. Really knows his stuff. Took my Porsche to multiple shops in the desert. One told me I needed $9000 worth of work. One guy couldn't fix it. One shop told me I had to wait 4 weeks before getting to it. Looked on Yelp and gave a call. Talked to Walter. Told him the problem. 'I can fix it' and sure enough, he did. It was a simple fix and he could have ripped me off, like most of them do. Besides my car, there was a Bentley, an Audi Q5 and other exotics. I'm beyond grateful for these people.”

“The Chris and Kevin team are really great guys!! Chris is very approachable, friendly and helpful with all the questions I had regarding the mileage that required an oil change, how to check the cabin air filter, what type of oil that's needed for my car. They both check all the lights ... front and back, high beam and signal lights. They top off all your fluids, coolant, wiper fluids and once the oil is replaced, he brings the oil stick for you to exam the clean oil and level that was just poured into your vehicle. Kevin is usually the muscle that works under the car, while Chris will deal with the customs questions and collect your payment. I'm really impressed with the costumer service here. Definitely a 5 STAR review for this efficient team for a satisfied returning costumer. I would definitely recommend FasTrac Lube!”

He called and asked if I wanted new orings or to reuse the old ones and he replaced my hood struts. My truck runs great and I would recommend Dynamic Diesel to all Ford Powerstroke owners.”

Found out I was very low on oil and the service rep. offered to squeeze my car in to have my oil changed rather than having to pay for a couple quarts of oil. I was out of there with an oil change within 30 minutes. I so appreciated the great service and have been coming to this Firestone because of a recommendation from a neighbor.
