“Brian and his team are great from start to finish. When my wife and I showed up to take a tour, we had come from several other warehouses like this. We were immediately greeted by Brian and he was the first person who seems to truly care about the design we were trying to accomplish, asking us questions about our current space, what colors we had, and what we were looking for. He knew his stuff and worked with our budget. When his team came out, Franco was professional and on time. The items were in great condition. “I was looking for a couch that would fit our needs and not leave my wallet crying. I found Tempo on Offer Up and called to find out they have two locations. We visited one shop and found the right couch for us, but unfortunately only the display model was there. However, they were kind and accommodating and called up the other location to have them wrap the couch and have it ready for us to pick up that night even though it was about to be closing time. We got our couch that night and it has been perfect for us. This place has a lot to offer aside from couches, a great selection at reasonable prices.”

“My wife and I are not computer savvy. So we tried Thomas and Eli for help. Our Mac computer was slow as molasses and my wife's email was messed up. Eli came to our home and took it to the shop. He replaced the hard drive and cleaned up all the problems it had. 3 days later Eli brought the computer back to our home and hooked it all up. Now it's really fast and works great. “This location was the furthest I was willing to travel to search for a desk chair. All the local businesses I had visited on the West Side were great, but what they carried was most definitely more than what I was able to spend on a chair. Al at BKM understood what I was looking for, and didn't mind at all that I was a customer not looking to fill a conference room full of furniture. Ultimately, I'm so glad I made the trek out to Commerce. I left with the best chair available, fully assembled, and at a better price than Al could probably afford to sell. My bum and back are grateful because I spend far too much time sitting at the computer.”

“Kendra is a real G. I found a pretty cool piece of paper that looked like mulberry (for origami) and asked Kendra if they had any information on what type of paper it was. She couldn't find info on it and brought in someone else to help, but they weren't able to find info as well which is all good. Several minute later, Kendra found me in the store and told me she looked into the other stationary they had and found another identically made one and showed me that they were able to ID it as Lokta paper. The fact that she went trough the trouble to find another one was real nice and I'll be coming back to get some of they Lokta papers in the future c:If anyone into origami needs something similar to mulberry paper, I'd say the lokta papers are pretty much identical (a little bit thicker though). Will go back to get em. Thanks Kendra :D”

“I stopped in at cartridge world the other day bringing in my printer. It was right before closing time. A young man, called AJ, help me out with patience and with consideration for all the questions I had about why the printer was not printing. He thoroughly evaluated what could be wrong with my cartridges. He was able to clean them and get them working because there was still sufficient ink in them. That was my reason for bringing in the printer. I thoroughly recommend Cartridge World for your cartridges. Every time I've gone there I've gotten excellent service, but this time especially thanks to AJ.”

“So happy we found the Toner guy! We were recommended to him by Skill Office Machines, who did not work on the type of printer we have. Julio checked it out at no cost and even let us borrow a printhead with ink cartridges from one of his printers until we received our new one. And he was correct as he assumed it was the printhead that was not working in ours. Will definitely go to him when we are ready to upgrade our printer with his free printer program! He is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing!”

Of course they had mine in stock and gave me a custom finish and top to match my decor. Took about two weeks. Delivery went smoothly as well.
