I mailed my passport and the marriage certificate to make an observation on my passport and I was so worried what if it get lost. “I recently took a package to be shipped and I received excellent customer service from the young lady at the counter. I did however overhear an older lady working there being really rude to a customer. The customer asked the lady a question and she talked down to him and raised her voice. This was not her first time, whenever I go to this location I always hear the same older lady being rude to someone. Luckily I've gotten helped by another person working at the counter every time I've visited, and received amazing service. I just dread one day getting helped by her.”
