“We had service on a kenmore elite refridgerator. The tech knew the problem was the compressor and ordered the compressor and replaced the compressor on a second visit. The compressor took 1 hour to relace and the refridgerator started cooling again. We are pleased about that. The problem i have is we were charged $558 for labor and we had to pay the labor charge when the compressor was ordered before any labor was done. So i guess they charge $558 per hour labor.”

“Freely guided my friend and I to finding out how tech insurance worked, and was patient and understanding of our situation. Even gave a free inspection of our tech for damage estimate! I also saw a mirror on the left side when entering an thought it was another room, and almost touched it. That was a crazy experience.”

I can honestly guarantee that you will not find a better Cellphone/Laptop/TV repair place anywhere. Very Professional, Great Customer service, and work is finished on time.”
“Came across this spot after having coffee a few shops down. I asked the front clerk if they converted cassette tapes into DVDs and she said yes... then I asked if it's even the ones from 1995 she said yes, so went home and brought the tapes in. I paid about $20 for each one to be converted to a DVD. She gave me about a week turnaround time, I wasn't in a rush to get them. Later that day received a call that all of them were ready. Stopped making dinner and went down to pick them up. Watched them after dinner, great quality and an amazing way to bring back memories.”

“Our big flat-screen TV just up and died one morning: no picture, no sound. It was out of warranty (even though I had bought the extended warranty). The TV manufacturer had one service center that was an hour drive from where I was; I'd also have to leave them an over $100 "consultation" fee before I'd get their estimate for repair. Before dropping down another grand on a new one I just googled local TV repair and this place popped up. The owner was friendly and said he had free consultations, plus he was 5 minutes away! In a couple days he told me it would be $260 for parts plus labor and a 90 day warranty. I'm now watching the big screen again! Great work and service!”

“I had previously gone to a different repair shop and they tried to clean out my charging port ;after being unable to get it to work they said I needed to replace the entire charging port . I arrived at this location because they were open on Sunday . This location followed the same procedure and were able to clean out my charging port and get it to work . They didn't even charge me for the service they provided . If you are looking for trustworthy people , here they are . I will be coming back for all my cell phone needs and future repairs . Thanks for being good people”
