“Hector helped us switching our phone carrier to T mobile yesterday. He was friendly, respectful and helpful we felt lucky it was him who took care of us. It was a long process switching phone carrier and updating phones but because of him, the experience wasn't so bad. We are happy we walked in to this T-moble location at this busiest time of the year, we now look forward to seeing how well T-moble's wifi service would work at home!”
