Customer service was friendly and amenable.
I removed one star because it is a little inconvenient that they are not located at the airport, however the shuttle service was prompt in picking us up (10 minute wait or so) and friendly.
Overall, would gladly rent again from ACE.”

“I rented a minivan for the weekend. It broke down but that's not their fault since it was new. Personally will never trust that car brand. Ended up getting a replacement Toyota in like 20 minutes. They where understanding. Made it to the graduation on time and new car had no problems. Great service and ill use em every time.”
