“We were looking for a new family vehicle after our 12 year old equinox finally died. I was looking for an SUV that would last. After a lot of research, I decided I really wanted a hybrid grand highlander. Basically a diamond in the rough. I started my search early. I spoke to several dealerships from here to San Diego. Alan was very responsive and found me the perfect vehicle. He treated me with a ton of respect and I never felt taken advantage of, or like I was being manipulated into a sale. The other dealerships I was in contact with were pretty sleazy and told me that there was no way that I-10 was going to give me the best deal. I'm so happy I didn't believe them.
