“Anthony was very kind to pick us up from our resort on the day of our reservation, even though they were busy. We had initially booked a Jeep Wrangler but due to availability got a different vehicle, which wasn’t at all a big deal. Anthony was very professional and provided good customer service. I had dealt with Jas over the phone prior to picking up my vehicle and upon returning the vehicle. She was always kind and professional, even when dealing with multiple clients on her own. My assumption is that this location is short staffed but the staff do their best to provide great customer satisfaction - and it shows.”
