They always do extra like giving doggie treats to all of the fur babies, or stocking up candy and coffee products! They anticipate what the customer needs are! So happy to see you and how can I help you?†The other day Jana looked up the concerts at the Boardwalk and printed me a picture of the bands with all of the other important information! She didn't have to-but she just wanted to make my experience excellent! That's what all of the employees do-go above and beyond and help in any way possible! I will never bank anywhere else! “I was having a rough start with Citibank, until I walked into the Capitola Branch, and met a living Doll. The branch manager, Naa-Sharmeh Norteye, was so lovely, personable, efficient. She helped me with a problem, I was unable to solve, on the phone with the bank. She took the time to fix everything, and explain. She has been an Employee for sixteen years, which gave me total confidence. In these troubled times, it's wonderful when someone is kind to you, on a bad day. Five stars!”

“I walked in to at least three other chase banks trying to get help...!No luck, always excusesHugo, the manager, was very accommodating!!! I've been on the phone for three days trying to set up and appointment with no luck. I finally got through while I was in the parking lot! Hugo said there was no banker there currently, this was the case with at least four different banks. He got on the phone and began navigating the process to help me with a business account going up and beyond the call of duty. Very professional a true people person. If I was the CEO on undercover boss He would be an ideal candidate to move up the ranks spend the money on training and college! I then would go back and show the video of other bankers playing on their phones Google searching shopping etc. and telling me they were too busy and did not have time fire all of them. Thank you HugoI have several joint accounts with my elderly mother personal accounts and now a new business account.”
