“they always have a great selection in there and the staff tries as hard as possible to find what you need. The Manager is always helpful no matter who's on duty. The selection is always good too. They have great fishing and camping equipment. Not to mention just about any kind of sport you're into from pool, to water polo.”
“I stopped by this Adidas store inside Topanga Mall yesterday to just look at what they have. I wasn't planning on buying anything but seeing any new shoes design or clothing. When I walked inside, a worker greeted me and asked if I needed any help. I told him I was just browsing so he left me be. I saw some nice shoes that they had and also some nice materials for the sweat pants. The store isn't that big but they have a decent amount of stuff here.”

“I stopped by this Boarders store today inside Westfield Topanga Mall while my wife was shopping at Macy. This store is in the second floor right next to Macy, T-Mobile and H&M. I came right when they open so I was the first customer inside. I looked at some of their tshirts and a worker told me about their current deals right now. I then walked to the skateboard area and they had some nice boards on the wall. They seem fully stocked today and I like some of the designs on the shirts they had. I also looked at their sunglasses since I saw they carried Oakley brand here. They carry Nixon watches here as well if you're interested. I had a good experience here this morning and didn't have any issues.”

I went to this Foot Locker location, got a product suggestion and was out the door in five minutes. The staff was friendly and extremely attentive. Reasonable price points as well. Great experience, will be back.”
“I bought a dodgers sweatshirt and tshirt. It was expensive but I hope my nephew likes it because I thought they were really nice. Also the sales person (Justin' )here was very helpful without being pushy, it was hot as heck in the store and he was sweating, but after I asked him why it was so hot, he turned on the AC. Very helpful and very nice, not at all making me buy anything I don’t want.”

The place is clean as always and they always have variety of products from sneakers, boots, jerseys of all sizes, socks, running shoes, base ball hats, sweat pants, hoodies, you name it.”

“So I went online and booked an appointment to get fitted for irons. When I got there, the kid in the back who is working the the booths didn’t even know I was coming. He didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. He wasn’t very enthusiastic at all. When I started my fitting, he had no idea what I wanted. He asked me what kind of clubs I wanted, and I said I want the fitting to tell me. While he was fitting me, he was helping several other customers. It was not a personalized experience at all. I did find a club that I hit better than others, I wanted to try other brands, but he sure didn’t offer. I asked him if I needed any modifications to a standard set of clubs and he said probably not. He didn’t seem eager to customize the set for me at all, seems like he just wanted me out of there. I did decide to purchase a set of irons but now I’m having second thoughts. $1000 for a set of irons then I went to the front to pay, there were three guys at the registers just chitchatting. They didn’t ask how my experience was. They didn’t really seam to care. They were too busy talking about football then to ask how my fitting went. There was not very many people in the store that day so I thought I would get a little more attention, but I guess not. I’m only giving it two stars because I found a set of clubs that I like thanks to hitting them in the booth, but if it came to customer service, I would give it one star. I have friends that we’re gonna go get fitted and now I’m telling him not to go there because of this experience.
Update: After a few days of leaving my review, the regional manager reached out to me and was very apologetic about the situation. This store was not staffed to do a proper fitting at the time I went. The customer service I experienced with the regional manager was excellent. She reminded me of a time when merchants went above and beyond to take care of customers. I would like to publicly thank her for reaching out to me and helping me turn this experience into positive one. With that I would have no problem continuing to do business with Roger Dunn and recommending others also. Thank you.”
