Got some shoes for a gift shoes didn’t fit left a creased on the shoes so I wanted an exchange. Couldn’t get one due it being “worn”. The shoes were vans. I never had any problems with any other shoes here.

I brought some white vans, when I got home I was disappointed to found out the shoes were too tight and were leaving a crease on the shoe so I went back to the store I brought them from. They denied the return/exchange because they had a crease on them. So I don't know how I'm now left with no refund nor a shoe that fits.
