The manager Viviana, terrible service, terrible attention when changing shoes because they came out terrible, she only made excuses not to change them and steal the money, never go there, terrible shoes and terrible service, people like that should not work in customer service

Got some shoes for a gift shoes didn’t fit left a creased on the shoes so I wanted an exchange. Couldn’t get one due it being “worn”. The shoes were vans. I never had any problems with any other shoes here.

I brought some white vans, when I got home I was disappointed to found out the shoes were too tight and were leaving a crease on the shoe so I went back to the store I brought them from. They denied the return/exchange because they had a crease on them. So I don't know how I'm now left with no refund nor a shoe that fits.

This place is a complete rip off.. I bought a pair of vans, they destroyed my heel I wore them one time home. I tried to exchange them.. The manager with a ton of attitude refused The lady behind the counter also told me that that's what these shoes were known for hurting people. I'll never shop here again. just go to DSW on victory they have a much better selection and deals anyways

Nice staff. Highly recommend parents to take kids with school I'd to get 10% off. Helpful staff
