The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I was able to buy my first paddle and wasn't forced to make a blind purchase like most who shop on Amazon. “I was lucky enough to find this fantastic shop less than a mile from my tennis club. They pack a tremendous inventory into their relatively small but nicely lit and attractive space. I was able to demo three fantastic rackets and try on no fewer than four different pair of shoes, each in MY size. Impressive!The vibe in Net Results is a great blend of friendly and knowledgeable and everyone I worked with had a good sense of humor...a must in my book. Though I haven't needed their stringing and repair service (yet!) they're ready for anything, I'm sure, and it's cool to see their Wilson Baiardo stringing machine right out in the open where you can watch the owner do his magic.It is so great to bring my business to a actual local business. It's a pleasure that's becoming all too rare these days. If you live or play anywhere from Woodland Hills to Thousand Oaks (and maybe beyond in either direction) find your way to Net Results. “I had an amazing experience with Olivia. As someone who has had foot injuries, I am always cautious on what to get with any sport related shoes/boots. She spent a lot of time explaining what should feel right with ski boots and what each feature mean. I am amazed how much expertise she has with ski equipments and also able to communicate those expertise in the right way to fit each customer. Chris who does ski boots orthotics also was able to answer re my questions/concerns and being clear.”

“Needed a new pair of 16oz gloves and the man behind the counter (sorry, I forgot his name) was very nice and knowledgeable about boxing gear. I was surprised at how small the store is once inside, but it is packed to the brim with gloves, helmets, wraps and bags. The cashier convinced me to start with some Outslayer gloves and assured me this was the way to go until I was ready to commit more to the sport. Felt like I learned a lot from just asking questions and trying on a pair of higher end gloves. The glove selection here is better than any other sports store in the area!!! I will definitely be coming back to get all of my boxing gear. Super impressed with this store, good people over there!”

“It’s great to have a high quality shoe store in Simi!Matt and Christian at On Track are professional, knowledgeable and a joy to work with. They will make sure you get fitted to the right shoe for what you do. My wife and I have bought a few pairs of shoes there now and it’s always been an excellent experience. Beyond shoes, they also have plenty of interesting track gear and while I don’t throw a discus myself it was cool to see them for sale. Interestingly enough they also have a few cool t-shirts and when I commented on what a perfect t-shirt it would be for a friend of mine, except they didn’t have his specific sport showing, within days they had custom crafted one for me!Happy to highly recommend On Track and their great service!”

“It's pleasant outdoors with separate Riffle , shotgun , pistol range in beautiful mountains. Staff and rangers are experienced , knowledgeable and approachable. Strict rules and monitoring ensures everyone can safely enjoy a good time here at the range . Best deal to become a member for half the price during the thanksgiving promotions. I live far from this location but rather go no where else for shooting . Keep in mind they are closed on Mondays .”

“This REI is near my school and it never failed to disappoint me. Most interactions I’ve encountered within every corner either suggests something to me, directs me immediately to where I want to or better yet sells me the option I didn’t I wanted. I think having people who work here have experience using their products and enjoys it helps with that customer service experience and they’re always kind enough to go out their help you with no charge sometimes for small labors that can be fixed which shows how intentionally they hire they’re workers. This was the first REI I’ve been to and I never stopped coming back.”

“I came here to pick up an online purchase I made for a gift. I mentioned to the employee how I was shocked that their website said they were out of stock on the item, but within an hour of ordering it for online pickup, it was ready at the location. She was incredibly friendly and helpful and mentioned that the store stock online is very unreliable and to always call the store first. Even though it was clearly not her fault (or the store's for that matter) she was very apologetic for the mistake. It was a wonderful customer service experience. If I need to get another item for my wife, I'll be sure to to come here because of that. And, if by any chance they ever start selling men's exercise clothes I'll absolutely shop here for myself.”

“I had a terrific time this afternoon when I came to this Foot Locker store. I been here before but it been a while since I got a shoe from here since I usually wear Project Rock. When I walked in the store today, an employee greeted me. I went straight to the adidas men section to look for a comfortable shoe for car detailing. My old Project Rock delta cushion was worn out so I needed a new shoe. The same employee who greeted me came over and asked if I needed any help. I told him that I needed a comfortable shoe for car detailing and he said the ultra boost is very comfortable. I told him I wanted something cheaper and he said the Retropy E5 is almost the same material but cheaper so I tried that on. The Retropy E5 felt amazing when I put it on and the cushion on the bottom feels like you're stepping on foam. It's very soft and when you jump on them, the pressure when landing is almost nonexistent. I was very happy with that shoe so I went home and got it from their website since I had a code for online.”

“Update: I appreciate the response from Julie. I like a company that pays attention to their reviews. I've changed my one star review to 4 because of the reply, and I'll give the store another try. I used to shop here a lot but hadn't been in for a while so last week when I was in the shopping center for something else, I went in since I need a couple of new pairs of sneakers. It was about 4:30p on a weekday so there were no other customers, just me and three employees. I walked around for a while and looked at all the women's shoe. I walked past each employee twice and not one of them made eye contact or spoke one word to me the entire time I was in the store. I took the hint and left without purchasing any of the shoes I wanted. Perhaps sales is not the avenue you should pursue.”

“My latest adventure here was purchasing a compact treadmill. The manager and his staff are very professional and approachable! They let me take the treadmill for a "trial run" before I decided to make the purchase. Afterwards, one of the staff even helped me load it into my car. Whenever I've gotten equipment here, they've always been happy to offer assistance, and I really appreciate how this business makes fitness accessible. It's smaller, so the staff is more available for questions, and they're very professional when it comes to buying and selling equipment.
