“I truly believe there are angels on earth & Cam is one of them. I was at a nearby post office to return & ship 2 large boxes containing a table set I purchased from Amazon. After dragging 1 of the 2 boxes into the post office by myself, I was told they cannot ship it due to size & weight.
At this point I was at my wits end after having gotten the run around all afternoon. The post office employee suggested I walk over to The Mail Shoppe across the street because they offer UPS shipping amongst other services.
Thank God I did! After explaining my dilemma, Cam said he could help me. He loaded & unloaded my 2 boxes & proceeded to assist me. A few more glitches occurred that were out of our control (too much to write).
Thank you again Cam & The Mail Shoppe for your patience and kindness. You were a godsend & went above & beyond to help me.???”
“The service here is unbelievable. I go to where people are kind and knowledgeable, NOT WHERE ITS LESS EXPENSIVE. Their prices are the same at most UPS Stores but like I said the Manager Daniel is patient and knowledgeable and he walked me through a huge mess that I created with important documents that needed to be emailed. “This is hands down the best post office I've ever been to. The customer service is top notch! The guy working there, (I don't remember his name but he's got a beard and he speaks Spanish) has the best customer service I've ever encountered at any post office. He treats everyone with a smile and is so nice when you ask him any question. The older lady is also soooooo helpful!! You guys need to give these people a pay raise because when I say this is the best I've ever been treated at a post office, I mean it!! Hell I live in Van Nuys and I'll drive the extra 20 mins just to go mail at this post office. The post office close to my house doesn't even compare to this one!!”

“I always tell people to remember there are two separate companies being judged here, there’s FedEx Express, and FedEx Ground. Please be fair in reviewing FedEx Express. I know the name thing is confusing, but a pick up and drop off spot. My opinion, don’t ship anything really important or that you care about with FedEx Ground, NOTHING! I worked at this station in Canoga Park in 1991, I didn’t stay long, about 14 months, all totaled I worked at FedEx for 38 years, and I can say that most people working there work hard. There’s no other way to work there, it’s a very physical, very fast paced job.
