“I usually don't visit local mechanics, preferring the convenience of quick lube spots where you can sit in your car (even if they do upcharge). However, my experience with Art and Paul at Exclusive Auto has completely changed my perspective.
I brought my 2017 Nissan in for an oil change and tire rotation, and from the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Art and Paul were not only professional but also genuinely friendly. They performed the services efficiently and had an honest conversation with me about my shocks. They mentioned that while it wasn't urgent, they recommended getting them changed, especially since I make long commutes.

Couldn't pass my car for a smog test due to a check engine light and bad sensor called this shop and they took me in the same day and fixed the sensor and gave me back my car by closing time, just as they had mentioned on the phone. Just passed smog today with no issues at an unbeatable price. FORD dealer wanted $175 just to diagnose the issue! So glad I found this shop! Highly recommend!”

“10/10 Excellent service and customer service. I was hit by a car at an intersection and my car couldn't move any further; We called a tow truck and took it to the parking lot. When I contacted this service, the owner of the service told me that I didn't have to worry and that they would come and take my car themselves. I was not involved in the repair from start to finish; the owner of the service periodically called me and informed me about the condition of my car. He took care of everything from transportation to renting a replacement car for me. The car was repaired quickly and I am very happy with it. The car is like new, there are no defects or inconveniences from using the car. Before handing over the car to me, it was sent to a specialized electronics service for a final check of all faults, and they also did an excellent cleaning of the car interior. The car has an excellent paint job and the owner showed me all the replaced parts of my car. The biggest plus of this service is the attitude towards customers, thank you for your attention and good repair, I recommend everyone who encounters this to contact this service, they are professionals in their field. Thanks again for the work done. 5 stars!”
