“I just moved to the area and I'm so glad I found this place. My car was squeaking and clunking and I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to afford the repair (recent college grad + moved from out of state + still looking for a job = very, very low on funds) but I knew I couldn't keep driving it around. I called up RKC and spoke with Mike, who got me in, diagnosed my brake issue, and fixed it within 2 hours of that call. He did this all for an incredibly low price and I drove off without a squeak to be heard. “I went to Toyota Northridge dealership to have my car diagnosed since the tire pressure warning sign on my dashboard was not going away. Northridge Toyota quoted me $1600 and told me all 4 sensors needed to be replaced. Went to 2 small tire shops and told me the same thing. I went to Big brand tire and they were so very honest, pleasant and professional. I ended up paying on $30 and was told there were no probs with the sensors and true enough they were able to make the sign go away on the dashboard. I knew deep down that there weren’t anything wrong with the sensors because the sign was not blinking which it was supposed to do if the sensors are to be replaced. Anyways, I’m so lucky to have found big brand tires.”

My brand new car was dinged at valet, and of course didn't notice until a day or so later; so I was pissed to say the least. Moises Auto is pretty well know in SFV so we sent over a photo and Marcos got right back to us with a quote and plan. No upselling, no "you're gonna need a whole new bumper" etc. Even said it could be done in a day, drop off in the AM and pick up next morning. My husband handled the details, I just had to drop off the car. When I got to the shop, every single person was SO kind and welcoming, I think it is a family owned/run place so I really liked the charm. My car was even done early, same day; so we were able to pick it up end of day. The work is under warranty and everything is explained super clear and really professional. Though I really hope I won't need body work anytime soon, I would 1000% come back to Moises.”

“I usually don't visit local mechanics, preferring the convenience of quick lube spots where you can sit in your car (even if they do upcharge). However, my experience with Art and Paul at Exclusive Auto has completely changed my perspective.
I brought my 2017 Nissan in for an oil change and tire rotation, and from the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Art and Paul were not only professional but also genuinely friendly. They performed the services efficiently and had an honest conversation with me about my shocks. They mentioned that while it wasn't urgent, they recommended getting them changed, especially since I make long commutes.
I decided to go ahead with their recommendation, and they handled it for a decent price. The service was top-notch, and I didn't feel like I was being upsold unnecessary services. It's rare to find mechanics who are this trustworthy and transparent.

“I had a leaking issue with my 1999 Beetle and took it to Marks because of their great reviews. They did not disappoint! Their mechanics were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They explained my engine oil leak to me and did not try to upsell me on things my car didn't need. Mark and the other mechanics had my car ready for me that day and for a very reasonable price! They also informed me that one of my wipers was not installed correctly by Valvoline, and fixed it for no charge. I do not know much about cars and as a woman, I find it difficult to find honest shops that don't try to take advantage of you. Needless to say, I will definitely be coming back!”
“Marcos is so kind! I had gotten hit on Wednesday and while there wasn't a lot of visible damage, I wasn't sure if there could be internal damage. I moved down to SoCal and my dad used to own an auto body and he's always handled these situations for me so I wasn't sure what to do, so I called and left a voicemail asking if there was a way for them to assess the damage. Marcos called me back the next morning to explain that I could bring it in for an assessment but if I wanted to check for any internal damage, then it would require labor costs since they'd have to take my car apart which may not be worth it if the hit was just from someone parallel parking. He said I could still bring it in and they'd take a look for any exterior damage though! I had to call my insurance to see what I should do before making an appointment to bring my car in, but I was so appreciative of Marcos taking the time to explain the details to me.”

“10/10 Excellent service and customer service. I was hit by a car at an intersection and my car couldn't move any further; We called a tow truck and took it to the parking lot. When I contacted this service, the owner of the service told me that I didn't have to worry and that they would come and take my car themselves. I was not involved in the repair from start to finish; the owner of the service periodically called me and informed me about the condition of my car. He took care of everything from transportation to renting a replacement car for me. The car was repaired quickly and I am very happy with it. The car is like new, there are no defects or inconveniences from using the car. Before handing over the car to me, it was sent to a specialized electronics service for a final check of all faults, and they also did an excellent cleaning of the car interior. The car has an excellent paint job and the owner showed me all the replaced parts of my car. The biggest plus of this service is the attitude towards customers, thank you for your attention and good repair, I recommend everyone who encounters this to contact this service, they are professionals in their field.
