“I have been going to Grand Tire for over 10 years. Vic is completely trustworthy and if anything he tries to down-sell rather than upsell his services to save you money. I have taken maybe my last 7 cars there for servicing, tires, repairs, etc. Vic can handle pretty much anything you throw at him. One time Vic was on vacation and I had to go to a chain tire place for tire replacement for an unfixable flat. It was a nightmare customer-service-wise compared to Vic. Vic recently performed transmission and brake fluid changes at 60k. Doing it at a dealer would have cost twice the price if not more. Vic has changed brake pads on my cars numerous time. He's never said I need new rotors which can cost a decent amount. Instead he resurfaces them as needed. He did an AC repair a few years ago. And once Vic changed my worn out struts and shocks. My point is that Vic is more than oil changes and tires. He is an asset to the community!”

“I had an amazing experience today I had to leave a review. My name is TJ I called Mike the owner Wednesday this week he gave me a quote said the tires will be there Thursday and I can come Saturday @ 10 am for instillation I said ok. Tires came in Mike called me to let me know, today I got there 10am on the dot Mike was impressed. Mike showed me my brand new tires I didn't have to ask switched the tires out I was done by 10:20am. Super quick and great service. Mike and his assistant are a great team I highly recommend this Tire shop I'll be back to get 2 new front tires for my Benz soon.. A car turned in front of me and i had to swerve to avoid an accident but ednded up hitting the curb and i messed ip my control arm, i took my car to hanri and expected to be without a car for a week. To my surprise hanri called me 2 days later and said my car was ready for pick. To add onto the quick service, they were very professional and nice. They definitely know what they're doing.
