“We have taken our cars and motorhome to Bills Quality Auto Care for a few years, They have always been so fair and helpful when explaining what our vehicles need. The most recent is when we took in our Jeep and they recommended a BG Fuel System Service. We were so amazed that we gained almost 2 1/2 - 3 miles per gallon. In this day and age and the out of control gas prices, that is truly something to be thankful for. “I'm still raving about the service that I received here. Dave and the boys did such an amazing job. After going to the previous shop being disrespected and treated with no value. I took my business to the German Auto Doctor. I told Dave what code was received from the diagnosis and he knew exactly what the problem was over the phone. He sounded extremely busy and working on another car at the time but that really impressed me. I was finally able to take the car over the parts were ordered and my car was fixed the very next day. Dave is extremely straight forward . He provided me with two options and still worked with me. I love the fact that these guys are veteran friendly. I took my Jeep to these guys for an upper and lower control arms for my upcoming trip. And they went above and beyond for me. The owner also recommended me some new suspension for my jeep and I'll definitely be bring my jeep back to these guys very soon. “SO i brought my truck here as i had an AC problem. This place was able to fix it same day. This is a young and efficient place to say the least. The quality and service can't be beat and the princes are reasonable. I have brought my wife's car here and they were able to fix it in an hour even though they were slammed. I have also had my sons car repaired here as well and it wasn't a cheap fix, but i did some research on the repair and it was tedious to say the least and its was worth every penny. Again, these guys are not the cheapest, but they are trustworthy and quick with the repairs. These guys are a no nonsense business and that is appreciated as honestly is difficult to find in a mechanic shop, period. I trust these guys and they are always busy, again a good sign of a good business. Trustworthy, fast fair pricing, great service. Try this place out you wont be disappointed.”

They are the best shop I have had the pleasure of working with in Simi Valley since moving her 25 years ago. It is hard to find a quality service business of any kind where you know you can trust them, and they have earned my trust so many times that I would not consider going anywhere else for non-warranty work. But here is the best part: If Mike is aware of a service bulletin on your vehicle which you are asking him to repair, he will first send you to the dealer to ask them to take care of it. He has done this for me twice, without my asking, and he saved me $Thousands as a result, while other mechanics will simply do the work and charge you for it. I have not met anyone in the automotive industry who is as honest and trustworthy as Mike and Shortees Automotive!”
