I was long overdue service on my 2007 Lexus IS350. I got the car back in 2017 with 85k miles and had basically only done oil changes all the way till now (125k miles, August 2024).
I wanted to get the car ready for another 100k miles without any headaches. I saw some oil leaking in my garage and wanted that inspected and fixed as well.
Thomas advised me to get some additional items done since we already had the water pump and transmission fluid on the list, and I agreed. Worry free for a long long time now!
I really liked how they send you pictures on what they found, and show you the work they did.
Here’s everything I got done:
- Cabin air filter replaced
- Brake fluid
- Engine oil dipstick tube seal replaced
- Differential fluid change
- Transmission fluid drain & fill
- Transmission filter replaced
- Transmission pan gasket
- Coolant flush
- Water pump & Serpentine Drive Belt
- Radiator replaced
- Upper radiator coolant hose replaced
- Lower radiator coolant hose replaced
- Radiator cap replaced”

Due to Tesla part ordering delay and unexpected additional damage behind the original dent, the repair would have taken much longer than the original estimate. “I am so glad I was referred to John (from someone who has been a client for over 10 years). I took my Acura RDX in for my 100,000 mile maintenance. The price the dealership quoted me was ridiculous - John's quote was less than half. After they went through my car he called to tell me some of the items the dealership said needed to be done could actually wait another 5,000 miles, and in the end I paid less than his quote, and they did a great job! “Phil and Ray at Images European made my car accident seem like it never happened. They worked with the insurance provider, gave me excellent advise on how to handle a few twists and turns, and when I picked up my car it looked like a new car!! They even buffed out scratches on my car that were not in the accident. I would highly recommend this business and their experts to fix any car to look like new. Grateful beyond words..... “We had been driving for hours on a Friday - on our way to a memorial the next day - when our car started losing power. We were desperate for answers - pulled into this Auto Zone - they ran a diagnostics & found the Mass Air Flow Sensor error. Would you believe that Marco and David walked us gals through the process of removing the filter box - where a mouse had built a nest!! After cleaning the sensor, we were on our way!! Without their help, we would have had to get a hotel, find a mechanic that was open on a Saturday, empty our pocketbooks & miss the memorial. We are incredibly grateful!!”
