“This store is well managed, clean, and well stocked. Customer service was top notch both on the phone and in the store. Edward is extremely helpful and informative. I highly recommend this location for all the best footwear brands: Nike, Adidas, Birkenstock, Dr. Martens, Teva, New Balance, etc.”

“This was the first time getting New Balance and I was nervous but Rudy (one of the workers) and he was so incredibly patient with me and helped me through the whole process! He scanned my feet with the scanner to help me identify what shoe size and shape I need! When looking through the different shoes he helped suggest several different shoes and his honest opinion on the product! It was so helpful to have honest opinion helping me steer away from shoes that would hurt my feet and only suggesting the types of shoe that I was looking for! When I get my next New Balance shoes I would 100% work with Rudy again! I’m very grateful for his help!”
“Whenever I need to go shopping, the closest place to Santa Barbara with a decent variety of options are the Camarillo Outlets. I was in dire need of some new shoes that were comfortable, casual, yet were also versatile to wear out in a slightly more formal setting. I thankfully was approached by Vanessa who, by the end, I joked around with as being my "personal shopper" to assist me. They had a fabulous sale going on where you buy two pairs of shoes with a red tag and get 20% off, or you buy three red tag pairs and save 30%! Better yet, it was also a win-win situation because using my American Express credit card I already receive $30 cashback after spending $150 or more. Heck, spending is not the hard part for me! I ended up leaving with three pairs of new shoes: an every day casual pair, an in between semi-casual pair, and some more formal leather shoes for a night out. Then throw in some socks and a belt, and I went crazy! Thankfully Vanessa and I chitchatted and got to know each other. When she learned that I was a nurse she added on a THIRD discount for First Responders! not to mention my first responder discount on top of the already killer deals! I could not pass up the discounts...like anyone else. Vanessa stayed on top of my chaos while still helping other customers, but making me feel like I was the only one shopping. She put away the shoes that I did not care for or that did not fit, which saved me from cleaning up after myself! Excellent customer service!! I know where I will be coming instead of shopping on Zappos where I have to constantly exchange items via UPS.”
“I went in wanting a specific shoe and while it wasn't available, Frank assisted me and located them at another store. Apparently they are being discontinued and he found them at a fantastic price and is having them shipped to me directly. I bought 3 pair! Mad props to Frank!”

“Vans at The Oaks is the most helpful and best Van's store around. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. My boyfriend was looking for specific styles and 2 other stores could not help us. “This past week I visited the Bally store at the Camarillo Outlets. I've had my eye on a pair of sneakers online but wanted to try the shoes on before I made a purchase. The store is small and intimate, but is a nice experience because of the quality of the goods and the exceptional service from the staff.Alejandra and Jason were the two team members in the store during my visit. Both greeted me upon walking in and asked how they could help. Each team member looked around the store and made suggestions, in attempt to help me find what I was looking to purchase - (Dressy Crew Tee to wear under a suit). While that item did not workout for me, I moved on to the shoes. Alejandra educated me on the product warranty, which made the decision to snatch up the sneakers, that much easier! While the color I wanted were not available in the store, she researched to see if there was another store that had my size and color. The whole experience was easy, she ensured I was happy with the comfort of the shoe before I went through with the online purchase via their other store. I walked away, excited about my purchase. The shoes were delivered to the Camarillo location within days. However I could have had them delivered to my home as well.When I picked up my shoes, Jason was there to greet me once again, he knew where my shipment was, and quickly got my package from the back. It's nice when the people, the product, the quality, and the service all align with the price point you're paying. Excellent work! Thanks for exceeding my expectations!”

“Large selection helpful and courteous staff and really Great Prices. Found a pair of great fitting jeans for as well as some shirts everything is between 20 and 70% off. Mostly I was was very happy with the service especially the manager was great. And there's many places in Camarillo Outlet Mall. This is just one of the many gems as well as having many places to eat. If you're anywhere near the neighborhood check it out.”

“SHOE GURU!!! Ecco shoes are high quality and worth the price. I've routinely shopped at the Ecco Outlet in Camarillo for almost two decades and have always been satisfied. But yesterday, I had an unforgettable experience worth mentioning in a review. Outlets are places where one cannot expect the highest customer service. The idea is the prices are lower, and you wrestle with the elements, finding your size and putting it on with little help from the staff. But this wasn't the case yesterday. A sales representative, Phillip, took me under his wing and guided me through what was available in my size. He went far beyond my expectations, cleaned the Ecco Track boots I was wearing, and researched the product best for the leather. I've been buzzing with the desire to tell another shoe enthusiast (fanatics like me) about this unusual experience of customer care and satisfaction, which I can't recommend enough. Shoes are crucial to foot health, and walking is vital to the heart, muscles, and joints. Ecco takes that seriously with unique and comfortable designs. A little help goes a very long way from a Shoe Guru. Thank you, Phillip!”

“Ian, Basil and Simone, Thank you for such a fun, positive experience.I went in looking for Doc Martin's in red cherry Ian brought 4 sizes that may work and socks as they are unavailable in half sizes. I found a size that work but a bit tight on the instep Simone and Basil explained they are vegan shoes and DM Balsam will help them stretch, they demonstrated the product on my kids DM shoes. They're great at sales without pressure an creating a welcoming atmosphere. I'm very happy with my shoes and the experience so much that I contacted the Ceo of Journeys/Genesco”

There's a vast selection of Jimmy Choo shoes here. There's plenty of parking outside and the decor of the store is very modern. It's always a very enjoyable shopping experience when we come. I called and was looking for something specifically and IRENE not only found what I wanted... when I came in I could barely carry everything to my car. She's amazing, provided me great customer service and all with kindness. She was very attentive with all the customers while I was there. I was there 8/22 around 8-8:30 and I'll def drive an hour just to get her. I didn't ask but she def seemed like the manager. Thanks you -1 star now because for the last week I've called several times throughout the day and nobody answers.”
“We love this store, but rarely find what we are looking for. If you are looking for specialty shoes, limited edition, etc., it's great. If you're looking for the average converse shoe and regular high top you probably won't find it here. They do have a very large selection of toddler/ children's shoes. The store is always immaculate and the employees are very nice.”

“I've been meaning to express my gratitude for a fantastic experience at this store, and I'm finally getting around to it. I visited for an online size exchange and to track down some charms. A young lady mentioned she had just placed the exact charms I was looking for in the sales bin that morning. Excited, I dove into the bin, but unfortunately, I couldn't spot them. Without hesitation, she started helping me search, and soon a couple of other team members joined in. After a bit of a hunt, they managed to find the charms. I honestly didn't expect to have such luck, especially with outlet shopping being hit or miss. The fact that this team went above and beyond to satisfy a customer speaks volumes about their commitment and the overall business structure. It's a bit embarrassing to admit, but this happened in the first week of June, and I'm just now getting around to writing about it. However, that delay just emphasizes how lasting and impactful experiences like this can be. I wish I still had the names of the employees I jotted down on my receipt to highlight them in my review. Nevertheless, a sincere thank you to all – your efforts didn't go unnoticed. Best shopping moment EVER, SERIOUSLY!!”
“There is a fair number of items to select from. I have used these types of shoes for ten years. They are up there on the price being sold, but it is well worth it for my foot support and comfortability. I highly suggest the new slip-in sketcher shoes. I never have to bend over to put on my shoes. This helps me go through the day when I constantly move and multitask.”
