Normally when bi cone in here they are fast to attend customer. So with that said this was not my first visit to the store. “My Daughter's Softball Glove broke while worming up at Her Allstar Tournament, Glove is only 4 months old when I took a chance to see if they would replace it ( and I didn't have my receipt ) no questions asked, they ran my credit card through the machine and it showed the history of purchased being made 4 months ago. They were very nice and gladly exchanged it for a new one. “I was looking for shoes for my son, and I couldn't find the size so I decided to ask one of the employees(Jasmine), and at first it seems like we were out of luck because she checked online and there was 1 Birkenstock left, but we couldn't find it. We ended up going to the checkout line.Then the employee (jasmine) I was asking for help came up to us with a box, mind you it was about 10 minutes ago when I asked her for help. She found the Birkenstock and I immediately thanked her.I really appreciate that this worker went above and beyond to get me the Birkenstocks that were a gift for my sons birthday. I really did appreciate that she kept looking even when I said it was okay, it shows she truly cares about the customers...I will DEFINITELY be coming back!!”
