“I just moved in to this Avalon community a few months ago after searching and comparing almost all apartment complexes in Camarillo. It has the perfect combination of everything one would want as far as 'livability'. The neighbors are friendly, outgoing and quiet for a large well kept complex.
The staff is wonderful. One In particular is Jared. He assisted me through the application process easily. A very personable fellow, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable with just about every aspect of the community. Is usually available in the office when not walking around making sure all is good here. And he actually returns your emails and phone messages! In the same day!”

“I lived at hacienda de camarillo for 3 years, the office manager- Kasia is very professional and genuine. Maintenance was always on top of any issues that I had. It was so nice that management and maintenance are accessible and very kind people. The apartment grounds were maintained well and it is a wonderful, quiet area to live in. I would recommend these apartments to friends and family.”

“I currently live here. I moved in a few weeks ago. The move in process was easy and.the property management team was great. We had to put in a work order for a leak and it was handle with a day. The maintenance person that came to the house was also great. I've seen so many bad reviews about the apartments themselves, the staff or the area but my experience has been completely different. I moved here from the mountains where it is dark and quiet every single night. I just knew moving here back to the city, right next to a shopping center was going to be awful. But I really liked the location and the apartment so I did it anyway. I was wrong. There doesn't seem to be any issues at night except for a loud motorcycle once in a while. The other tenants are great. Even my dog likes it here. This washer/dryer combo in not great but there in a laundromat 200ft away and a laundry room about 100ft away.”

“Very Excellent the place was nice , our view at the 3rd flr was very scenery which is I loved the most . I can see the mountains even the outlet near the apartment . Our room was perfect for us. And of course SIR MANNY the assistant manager here was very accommodating.”
“Only place that does not have dog breed restrictions - I appreciate them for this! Place is very clean, updated counters, quick to repair a screen door, and the grounds are nice. I am very satisfied.”

“I absolutely love Amli. It’s one of the best places I’ve ever lived. Any issue I’ve ever had from maintenance to sound issues has been resolved. I love the ammenities and the area. I feel like I’m in a quiet little oasis. It’s beautiful and I would love to upgrade to a bigger size apartment and make this my forever home with my partner.
We’ve used every single amenity: the puppy wash, dog park, coffee bar, pool, gym and study/office room. I love how I can work from home and keep a healthy lifestyle and get sun. The fire pits and bbq stations are also great. We’ve seen lots of families have birthday parties. For the price and quality I don’t think there’s a better luxury apartment.”
