“This property is quiet and peaceful. Management is great and maintenance always provides excellent service when needed all the time. Very well kept and the pool is a wonderful place to hang and soak in the sun. They constantly show appreciation to tenants with giveaways and holiday food events. I have been here for almost 5 years and love my home.”

“I loved loving at Parklands in unit K-301, which is currently available at an incredibly low price! Gorgeous sweeping views of the mountains and valley, excellent morning sunlight and a big, quiet space. Beautiful amenities and a super responsive maintenance team. Truly luxury living. I had to move for work but I miss this slice of heaven every day.”

“I've been here for 4 years and don't plan on moving any time soon. Linda is quick to get back to you or help you with whatever you need. Richard has a horrible attitude and tries to intimidate you but he does a good job fixing problems, he's respectful of your things when in your unit, and he knows what he's doing. I've never had a problem using the laundry room- there are so many washers and dryers and the dryers actually dry your clothes. Upstairs studios are super hot in summertime because you only have one window to open. They allow kitties which had me sold. Overall I'd choose park place again.”

“Under the current manager, Shari, the building functions very well for the residents (certainly for me). I've seen my share of managers over the years. And having the caliber of manager that we now have has made this, more than just one of the most gorgeous locations at which to live anywhere, but also, the manager and the management company (particularly Brian) work exceptionally well together and continue improving the buildings and grounds. As with any older building, it has its issues. But Shari, Adrian, building maintenance, and Brian work their tails off. It's arguably the favorite place I've ever lived. It certainly doesn't hurt walking out the gate and being in front of the ocean!”
