“I just would like to share as a resident how well apartments are kept with staff volunteering their time as well getting on property to work extra to maintain property along with having respectful contractors who do such an amazing job! They have done so much to the property being under new management landscaping is amazing to paint to new laundry depositing machines pool well taken care of to their main priority being residents being happy. Such a great management team- doing what they can to keep residents happy and feeling safe! Maintenance team is so amazing I’m happy and content moving here with my two children- such a beautiful productive supportive office team”

“This place has good parking. also The apartment itself is nice and well-designed compared to other places I have seen in Ventura and Oxnard. the management is very cooperative. many times my credit card did not work and they never charged me late fees. Thanks, Samantha, Linda, and the team. they are nice people. the place has a very good gym and good social activities too, and the location is the best in Oxnard in my opinion. The only thing they need to work on is the cleanliness of the aisles in higher floors like the second and third. Other than this, I am so happy with my rent. I don't think I will leave unless it gets more expensive. But I am happy I am here”
