“Nicest most conscientious veterinarians out there. Not some large group trying to take you for every penny. The staff is lovely and the doctors are great. They know their medicine, and really care about the animals. Very happy to have found them. My only complaint is parking. Sometimes it's challenging in front, but usually there is some space relatively close.”
“Dr. Basilious is a literal lifesaver!! I brought my sweet energetic 1 year old kitty here after she suddenly started refusing food and water and became lethargic. My old vet dismissed my concerns after the world’s briefest evaluation, so I decided to try Bastet Cat Hospital to get a second opinion. After a much more thorough examination, Dr Basilious found that her bladder was TWICE the size it should be! He drained her bladder and put her on a special diet and antibiotics, and I’m so thrilled to say that she’s back to her playful self! Everyone in the office is so kind and knowledgeable, and they even worked with me to keep the cost down. I’m happy to switch my 3 kitties to this clinic and give them my business, they deserve it. “Dr B provides excellent service and has always put my animal's needs first. She is not cheap, but that is because she gives high quality care. If your pet is like your family member, that is what you want. Still going to see her even though I moved 30 miles away!”
“Clean and nice staff. They were not really able to help out limping dog. Paid for x-ray, but he healed on his own so probably will be less inclined in the future to take him in unless conditions are worse.”

“Best place for your animal. Rainbow is the nightmare of places for my animals but when it came to Media city it was a shocker that my own pets actually get excited about going here. I trust them and it's not chaotic in there. They gave recommendations for what my animals need and really told me what's actually recommended while the rest of the offers aren't needed. They're not trying to make money they just want people to have healthy pets. I love you Media we will be returning again soon ?
PS: Staff is super professional and very knowledgeable. I almost wanna buy the whole place lunch because they're so sweet”
