“Very nice & clean location. Cars are washed on site and cleaned out for every renter right before pickup. I just had to rent while my car was being repaired. The day of my appointment, the only car left was pretty big for just me and it was a Friday. They told me to take it for the weekend, come Monday they’d have a fresh inventory and can switch me out. They kept their promise and that Monday switched me to a more comfortable car for the remainder of my repair. I was in and out in ten minutes. Every staff member I engaged with was kind and very friendly. Thank you!”

“I was worried about renting from here with all the reviews. I was visiting my mom, who has a wheelchair. Ernesto was working. He was very caring and polite. He switched cars for me without me asking. He wanted to make sure my mom's chair could fit. I am very thankful he offered this. It made a huge difference. It's the little things in life that make a huge impact. There's no customer service anymore, but Srnesto went above and beyond with his kindness.”

I'm going to post a separate review about the rental car hub at Burbank Airport under separate cover. Just know that all of the rental car companies are located past the terminal and parking structure. You have to walk quite a distance to get to the rental car counters. There are a couple of people mover walkways along the way. It didn't help that one of them was broken on our trip to pick up our rental car.
The photo below shows one of 3 or 4 long corridors you walk before reaching the rental car counters.
The facility itself is relatively new. Very clean. Once arrived, service was pretty quick. A short trip on the elevator and our rental car was already pulled up, waiting for us...”

“Everything about my experience with Dollar was fantastic. From picking up the car in Oakland to returning it at a different location in Burbank, LA, everything went smoothly. The car was spotlessly clean and in perfect condition. I didn’t have to wait more than 15 minutes to get the car, which was a big plus. The company was fair in all their dealings, and the gentleman at the desk who handled the paperwork was extremely helpful and professional. This has been my best car rental experience so far!”

“I want to leave a review bc I was a little nervous to use thrifty after reading some. I got in at 10PM and I had signed up for skip the line. They text me which spot to go to and I really did skip the line. I got a 3 day rental for a great price and was not charged any extra than my reservation said. I had a great experience! Pick up and drop was very easy.”
