“Very good experience at the Bob Hope Airport Enterprise. The staff was friendly and helpful. The van was just what I needed and ran very well. The signage and parking at the parking deck could be a little clearer. Everything else was great!”
“Very nice & clean location. Cars are washed on site and cleaned out for every renter right before pickup. I just had to rent while my car was being repaired. The day of my appointment, the only car left was pretty big for just me and it was a Friday. They told me to take it for the weekend, come Monday they’d have a fresh inventory and can switch me out. They kept their promise and that Monday switched me to a more comfortable car for the remainder of my repair. I was in and out in ten minutes. Every staff member I engaged with was kind and very friendly. Thank you!”

Upon arrival I remembered I rented from him before the prior year when visiting the area. If you’re flying into BUR, do yourself a favor and Uber to this location and rent from Victor!!”

“Lack of free parking felt very detrimental. There's the option to park for free by the Burbank Airport Metrolink Station, but parking spots get filled really fast. As far as service provided by AVIS, I think it was good. Borrowed a car for 3 days.”

Despite the negative reviews, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the car given and the price. Renting from a reliable company like Budget gave me peace of mind. Overall, I would rate my experience 10/10 and would definitely rent from them again. Pick up and return process was super easy and quick. “Not sure how to rate yet. I'm picking up my car tonight and I'm having anxiety reading up customer reviews about how bad the customer service at this location. We love renting from budget and usually rent from them whenever we travel and haven't had any bad experience so far. I'm hoping I'm not one of those customers who had terrible experience.”
“Everything about my experience with Dollar was fantastic. From picking up the car in Oakland to returning it at a different location in Burbank, LA, everything went smoothly. The car was spotlessly clean and in perfect condition. I didn’t have to wait more than 15 minutes to get the car, which was a big plus. The company was fair in all their dealings, and the gentleman at the desk who handled the paperwork was extremely helpful and professional. This has been my best car rental experience so far!”
“I wouldn’t normally feel compelled to leave a review for a rental car agency but reading all the negative reviews for Hertz Burbank left me feeling extremely nervous before my trip. However, I had a largely smooth and positive experience (perhaps the smoothest and most positive experience I’ve had at any Hertz location). I was helped out by Bobbi who I found to be patient, friendly, and helpful!

“Our pickup time was 10am, but due to flight issues, we didn't arrive until 1015pm. We were ckd in quickly, received a car to drive.Due to our stay being extended because of Hurricane Helene, we needed to extend our rental. That was easily done online. When we returned the car, one of the employees noticed I was having a hard time walking and standing. She offered to give us a ride back to the terminal. Great experience.”
