“I contacted the business with an inquiry about flower combinations and quote. The owner got back to me the next day with questions and included her phone number to text her the ideas I have in mind. I sent her pictures and she sent me a quote and what she could do. The entire exchange felt personalized, came with options and was handled through text (the preferred communication and payment style of early Millennials ) Patty? Patricia? I failed to ask what her preferred name was, but she will be texting me pictures of the final product as well. This experience was 100x better than paying for overpriced arrangements through a site that links to unknown florists who often times deliver arrangements that look nothing like what was advertised. I selected a cross based on her pictures. The arraignment was beautifully done and exactly like the picture I had selected. She even sent me a video and picture of the arraignment the night before to make sure I was pleased with it, now that is customer service! I value people that go out of their way to please their customers especially when it comes to something special like a funeral arraignment. Thank you Penney for delivering quality work. “I called the shop the morning before a relative's memorial to ask if I could have a tribute spray made with a different color combination and delivered to the chapel the next day. They said it would not be a problem, so I placed the order online, which they had noted for customizations. Not only were they very accommodating and helpful, but they called me the morning before it was delivered to confirm the wording of the personalized banner for the spray. “We booked Lauren and Jenni of the Little Hill team through our venue and we could not be happier with the service they provided.It started out with a scheduled details meeting to go over the type of flowers and the amount we wanted at our wedding which was really detailed and they truly cared about our wants with our theme and color scheme we envisioned. Everything went really smoothly and the flowers came out amazing! More so than what was discussed during the meeting. There were a few details we had added to the contract during our wedding planning which they accommodated fairly easy for us. We were able to get Little Hill and our Decor Vendor to work together and set up a nice arch for our sweetheart table for a great price. Little Hill was so easy to work with there was no stress at all as the big day was approaching slowly in the final month.We provided our own vases because we wanted our guests to take the flowers home and the color (Gold) was a different finish than what we had in mind but it didn’t bother us from getting them. Little Hill then offered to paint over the vases to match our theme of the wedding which completed the look and added that nice touch so it was amazing they were able to go above and beyond to cover every detail we had gone over in our meeting.Overall we were very satisfied. Our guests loved the floral decor, we didn’t have any flowers to take home ourselves which was great. We got my wife’s bouquet preserved which the vendor received on the east coast. They showed us the flowers were still healthy so a lot of love and care came into making these flowers. Thank you Little Hill Floral for being a part and providing for our wedding we will never forget!”
