“I contacted the business with an inquiry about flower combinations and quote. The owner got back to me the next day with questions and included her phone number to text her the ideas I have in mind. I sent her pictures and she sent me a quote and what she could do. The entire exchange felt personalized, came with options and was handled through text (the preferred communication and payment style of early Millennials ) Patty? Patricia? I failed to ask what her preferred name was, but she will be texting me pictures of the final product as well. This experience was 100x better than paying for overpriced arrangements through a site that links to unknown florists who often times deliver arrangements that look nothing like what was advertised. “Called and ordered funeral arrangement. First time using this floral shop. Spoke to Penney and she immediately responded by texting me pictures of different arraignment options. I selected a cross based on her pictures. The arraignment was beautifully done and exactly like the picture I had selected. She even sent me a video and picture of the arraignment the night before to make sure I was pleased with it, now that is customer service! I value people that go out of their way to please their customers especially when it comes to something special like a funeral arraignment. Thank you Penney for delivering quality work. I ordered my friend some flowers to cheer her up - the ordering was super easy, and after I submitted my order, the owner followed up with a phone call to let me know she received the order and to contact her if I had any questions or concerns. The day of the delivery, she sent me a picture of the arrangement and let me know when they would be delivered. Unfortunately, my friend was not home when they tried to deliver so they let me know, and tried again later that day and it worked out. The owner also sent me confirmation of the delivery. My friend loved the flowers, they were beautiful!”

They have outlived all the other flowers my mom was given. Friendly flowers took my last minute order for 2 half dozen rose bouquets. I placed my order Feb. 12 @ 6pm and they were ready for me the next morning at 10am. Couldn't be happier or more grateful!”

They said it would not be a problem, so I placed the order online, which they had noted for customizations. Not only were they very accommodating and helpful, but they called me the morning before it was delivered to confirm the wording of the personalized banner for the spray. “We booked Lauren and Jenni of the Little Hill team through our venue and we could not be happier with the service they provided.It started out with a scheduled details meeting to go over the type of flowers and the amount we wanted at our wedding which was really detailed and they truly cared about our wants with our theme and color scheme we envisioned. Everything went really smoothly and the flowers came out amazing! More so than what was discussed during the meeting. There were a few details we had added to the contract during our wedding planning which they accommodated fairly easy for us. We were able to get Little Hill and our Decor Vendor to work together and set up a nice arch for our sweetheart table for a great price. Little Hill was so easy to work with there was no stress at all as the big day was approaching slowly in the final month.We provided our own vases because we wanted our guests to take the flowers home and the color (Gold) was a different finish than what we had in mind but it didn’t bother us from getting them. Little Hill then offered to paint over the vases to match our theme of the wedding which completed the look and added that nice touch so it was amazing they were able to go above and beyond to cover every detail we had gone over in our meeting.Overall we were very satisfied. Our guests loved the floral decor, we didn’t have any flowers to take home ourselves which was great. We got my wife’s bouquet preserved which the vendor received on the east coast. They showed us the flowers were still healthy so a lot of love and care came into making these flowers. Thank you Little Hill Floral for being a part and providing for our wedding we will never forget!”
