“let me start off by saying I went to multiple places on 10/14 for a cross for a funeral for 10/15. Many places were asking for 350$ and up. I went into Ana's and was greeted right away with an amazing lady name Becky. she showed me many options they had a sale for a small cross for 99$ but I decided to go with the bigger option for $260 including tax. Becky is such an amazing person that helped me and flowers are amazin.”
“I contacted the business with an inquiry about flower combinations and quote. The owner got back to me the next day with questions and included her phone number to text her the ideas I have in mind. I sent her pictures and she sent me a quote and what she could do. The entire exchange felt personalized, came with options and was handled through text (the preferred communication and payment style of early Millennials ) Patty? Patricia? I failed to ask what her preferred name was, but she will be texting me pictures of the final product as well. This experience was 100x better than paying for overpriced arrangements through a site that links to unknown florists who often times deliver arrangements that look nothing like what was advertised.
