It is killer-delish, obtainable at the Deli counter, but the best part, is Mariah, who serves up your 8 pieces mixed, with a smile and a very chill attitude. I sent her pictures and she sent me a quote and what she could do. The entire exchange felt personalized, came with options and was handled through text (the preferred communication and payment style of early Millennials ) Patty? Patricia? I failed to ask what her preferred name was, but she will be texting me pictures of the final product as well. This experience was 100x better than paying for overpriced arrangements through a site that links to unknown florists who often times deliver arrangements that look nothing like what was advertised. “Called and ordered funeral arrangement. First time using this floral shop. Spoke to Penney and she immediately responded by texting me pictures of different arraignment options. I selected a cross based on her pictures. The arraignment was beautifully done and exactly like the picture I had selected. She even sent me a video and picture of the arraignment the night before to make sure I was pleased with it, now that is customer service! I ordered my friend some flowers to cheer her up - the ordering was super easy, and after I submitted my order, the owner followed up with a phone call to let me know she received the order and to contact her if I had any questions or concerns. The day of the delivery, she sent me a picture of the arrangement and let me know when they would be delivered. Unfortunately, my friend was not home when they tried to deliver so they let me know, and tried again later that day and it worked out. The owner also sent me confirmation of the delivery. My friend loved the flowers, they were beautiful!”

“I walked in to get a birthday bouquet for my mom and I'm so pleased!! The workers there were so friendly. The lady who helped me asked what my budget was (I said $40-$50) and what colors I wanted. I said as long as it had red, it would be fine, so she suggested red and white. It took about 10 mins for her to put it together and below are the results! I think it came out so beautiful and I love the ribbon they added :) My total came out to around $44 after tax. I definitely plan to make this my go-to flower place in the future!”

They said it would not be a problem, so I placed the order online, which they had noted for customizations. “I just love this shop. I remember walking to the bus stop near it in the 80s to go to CSUF. The owner is so nice and gets my order exactly how I want it every time. This time, I stopped by on the spur of the moment, and she had the most lovely Christmas arrangement ever. And at a reasonable price. But her prices are always reasonable. I didn't get a picture because I dropped the arrangement off as a gift, but here are a couple of past Christmas arrangements she made for me. They were for my late mother.
