The sales team, led by Danny and Sarah, are extremely friendly and knowledgeable - they truly understand their customers' needs. During one visit, they went above and beyond to find the perfect jeans style and size for me. When the ones I chose didn't fit quite right, Danny and Sarah didn't hesitate to take them back and exchange for a new pair, no questions asked. They even called around to other stores to see if a certain style was available in my size when they were out of stock. I really appreciated their dedication to great customer service. The value at Diesel Outlet is also quite hard to beat. I've found high quality jeans, shirts and accessories at very reasonable prices. With new brands and styles always being added, there's always something fresh to discover on my shopping trips. Whether you need an outfit for work or a night out, Diesel Outlet in Livermore has you covered. Danny, Sarah and the whole team make each visit an enjoyable experience. “The manager Bonny is probably the best type of manager you could ever have to encounter when asking for assistance in a retail environment. Nice, friendly, professional, empathetic, and takes her authority/position very seriously. I tried making a return at a different store because I don't live next to this location, but I wasn't able to do it through the app, which I had no idea of until I was at the counter with everything ready to go. The store I tried to return it at was finally able to get a phone for this Uniqlo at stone ridge, and I called to see if there was a way they could possibly look up my receipt before the 30 days got closer. Bonny was the one who answered and took it very seriously even though it was something very minor she didn't HAVE to involve herself in. She went above and beyond by apologizing and said she wanted to "offer good customer service to you for this inconvenience". She texted me a picture of her business card and told me to let her know when I went to a location to return and she would talk to them personally to assist in an exception based return, as we could not locate the receipt. I have NEVER had a retail manager treat me so respectfully and be involved so closely to help with something so simple. I definitely want to give her her well deserved flowers in this instance and recognize how graceful she handled my random request. It is not often ppl can experience store managers who are so good at what they do at THIS level. Thank you again to Bonny! Although I could have just taken the L and accepted an exchange for something, she made sure that I knew she was trying hard to find my receipt. Since she couldn't, she helped me from afar to get a FULL refund with just my proof of purchase on my uniqlo app. Absolutely insane and amazing. I am so appreciative.”

“We always have a pleasant experience at the store. Today we were quietly looking for a size and this kid patiently helped us. Selections are always nice and store is always sooo organized especially compared to other brands. I so appreciate how they sanitize the fitting rooms after each use. It made me feel good to have my daughter use it.”

I was promoted to a manager position within the first two weeks I started working there.Our clothing line is an amazing quality and well made. Our brand is based out of San Francisco and the company is very good about personally communicating with all stores and all staff. “Extremely satisfied with the customer service at this store, especially by the employees Lauren and Kelsey. They were so enthusiastic and patient. I accidentally knocked over a giant rack and instead of yelling at me or getting upset, they calmed me down and reassured me everything is okay. I have social anxiety and often get panic attacks, so their kindness and understanding really made me feel so much better. They made a situation that could have been panic inducing for me so much more comfortable. 10/10 service. They deserve a raise.”
“This store has a lot of good options and the employees are great. I had a great experience but it’s quite unfortunate that I have to get punished for other peoples lack of hygiene. The fitting rooms were closed because other customers stank so badly they had to close the fitting rooms so people wouldn’t try on clothing. I talked to one of the employees and they said the problem is so bad that they spend half of their monthly budget on air fresheners. I respect all other cultures but it’s annoying when it’s starting to affect other people.”
“This review is based on the quick service I received for my online order. I ordered a knit sweater online to pick up here in the store. Ordering process was super easy and the item is ready for pick up within a week. I got an email notifying me that it arrived at the store and there was a QR code that I can show to any store employee to pick up the order. The store was a mess (considering it was after Christmas and there was a sale going on). I saw an employee folding clothes so I went up to her. She was super friendly and efficient! Scanned my QR code, went to the back office area and I got my item in less than 5 mins. The package was nicely packaged with a tissue paper wrapping the sweater. I must say...the quality of the sweater is amazing! It is super soft and for $50, it's actually worth the price.”

You won’t find Stance stuff cheaper.Only unfortunate thing is they don’t have a dressing room to try on clothes.- 6x Performance socks ($9.98 USD each) - these are our go to for sports. Great quality, freshtek infinit material is guaranteed for life.- Complex athletic short ($17.49 USD) - cheapest I’ve seen their athletic shorts. Comfy, nice material.”
