“Moved in weeks ago and have to give this place 5/5 stars. I’m super particular with where I want to live as I work from home, so peace and quiet is priority. This is a pet-friendly neighborhood, and I was worried about loud dogs. Not an issue, they’re actually super well-behaved here! Very peaceful! Residents are super nice too!The highlight is the management! *Bahar toured my unit with me and made sure it was perfect before move in. It’s evident that he prioritizes making sure his future residents are in a unit they can call home, and not just to fill a room. He brings a wholesome vibe to this luxurious complex, and it’s extremely hard to find that here in LA. It seems the residents all trust him and appreciate his efforts from what I can tell, and that’s a huge green flag.Anthony, the new maintenance man, is THE man. He not only gets the job done, but he actually insists you report issues because he cares that you are happy in your home. Even the cleaning lady highly cares about the work she does and is passionate about her role. It’s extremely hard to find workers that *genuinely* care.The pool is great. Gyms great. Google Nest AC unit that hooks up to your phone. Carpet in bedroom (wholesome touch). This place won’t leave you disappointed truthfully!”

“I moved into these apartments in November 2015. At the time the LL was Elizabeth, who was an absolute horror story to rent with. She would berate residents, berate the UPS and Fed Ex drivers that were there to deliver packages, would often ignore service requests, and finally let her boyfriend help manage the building although he was not an employee of Beverly Hills Properties. However, about a year before I moved we got a new LL, Nary. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and I was so sad when I moved out (I was relocated to a new city for work). The apartments and residents are fantastic, and Nary is the absolute best!”

“I’ve been living here for 4 months and have really enjoyed it so far! The apartments are spacious and comfortable and the management team has been extremely communicative and responsive any time I’ve needed to speak with them or brought an issue to their attention. Regarding maintenance issues, Sergio is doing SUCH a stellar job. He is quick and efficient and such a nice guy too. I run into him occasionally and he always says hello and asks if I need anything. So far so good!”

Scott, who's the property manager, and Nelson, savior who fixes everything, were fantastic and always very responsive. As with any apartment, things go wrong, but the follow up was always very quick and the fixes were not just bandaid solutions. “I took a tour of this property today and it seems like a very lovely place to live. The building has beautiful views of its Koreatown neighborhood. It's also very clean and quiet. Jenny Molina, who works in the leasing office, and Zach Bane, who was my leasing agent, were amazing when giving me the rundown of the property. They were very thorough with their information and very pleasant people as well. I viewed a studio and a one-bedroom apartment, which both were gorgeous. They both have balconies, lots of closet space, and a washer and dryer in the unit. Hampshire Place Apartments is a place where I can see myself living happily long-term.”

The whole place and surrounding area is spotless and quiet-- we immediately knew this was the place we wanted to live and spend our time. Throughout the whole application process Courtney and Ashley were there to answer any questions we had, helping make the whole move-in process completely painless.We love our coinless laundry, the gym, the PARKING, our newly outfitted kitchen... I could write a novel about how much we love this place. If you're in the market for an apartment in Burbank and there's an open spot at Toluca Terrace, you'll regret not jumping at the opportunity to live here.”

“We have moved in the Archer for a month. And both the move-in and living experience are so incredible. The property manager Haley is so helpful and friendly. The location and decoration of the property are great. The whole property is safe. And I have to mention how great and helpful Dre is during our application process. He negotiated good deal and ideal move-in date for us. He responded our messages really quickly(even during the weekends). I really recommend having him as your contact for the application.”

“I toured the 3 bedroom plus den yesterday and was absolutely pleased. It had views of the mountains, great ventilation and a lot of sun. The layout was great and the apartment was updated and pristine. It was more than adequate in size. A lot of apartment for the price and the high vaulted ceilings made it feel even bigger. The grounds are lush, and the work out rooms are state of the art. Alissa Delgado was my leasing agent. What an attraction she is to Waterstone Media Center. She is welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would rate her a 10 out of 10!!! Waiting anxiously to see if I have been approved. I would be over the moon to call Waterstone my home.”

The management team is the greatest I have ever experienced in an apartment complex. They have made me feel safe and at home since BEFORE I even moved in. Truly, the best team. Karim is always helpful, communicates efficiently and very quick to solve anything you'd ever have an issue with. Ed and Loui from maintenance are supreme. If you move in here you'll feel loved and protected by these amazing people!”

Animals are allowed, which is nice, but they need a better designated area for pets to do the doo.Cool area with pool table, shuffle board, gym, free bikes, kayaks & paddle boards to tenants and guests. Great amenities for local activities.They need better security surrounding the property, there have been muggings nearby.”

I also appreciate seeing that the property is not being neglected with new carpet being installed throughout the building, the pool maintenance being attended to and the updates to the club house. Even though I thought they were all easy on the eyes and well kept. I also appreciate that the building premises are attended to with community areas daily trash removal and what seems like daily cleaning and polishing of the elevators and common areas.Given that structure and organization is part of my undocumented love language, I also greatly appreciated them providing me with a move-in checklist along with any links and phone numbers to contact service providers for things such as new gas and electric services.”

“Yes, it’s important to point out the maintenance has greatly improved over the past few months. Yesterday, Joesph came by and replaced the water and air filters. He did a good job and I was surprised how quickly he responded, less than 24 hours from my first request. Joesph has been to my apartment before and he is always friendly and professional. I understand that there has been an additional serviceman employed by Esprit, this is great news.”

“This review is only for the viewing, as I don’t live here… yet ;).Erin called me on a Saturday, replying to an inquiry I sent online, and I just so happened to be in the area doing errands and she accommodated my schedule right away. She gave a lovely tour of the grounds and showed me some units I wasn’t even really considering, but instantly loved! She was working off of my boyfriend and my reaction to the units I was originally interested in and really hit the nail with the others. Erin explained everything very thoroughly and even took the time to email me right away when I asked for some info. Very responsive, effective management from Erin!!!Travis helped me with some administrative and logistical tasks of filling out my paper application. He was very quick and very helpful when answering my questions.Even the cleaning staff was so friendly while I was waiting in the lobby.I feel like Erin and Travis really worked well together and it elevated my experience as a future resident. I’m very happy to have had such an amazing start to a beautiful new chapter at Pacific Plaza!”

“Next on Lex complex in Glendale is an ideal place to live. It is well equipped, has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable life. Most importantly, it is safe, clean and comfortable. The leasing office employees are very caring and they do their best to come up with the best solution in any sphere. Whenever I have gone to the leasing office for any question, the issue has been solved within a blink of an eye. They do care about their residents and provide the highest level of service possible. In short, customer service level God ? we enjoy living in our cozy apartment in this complex and life here is like living in a 5 star hotel every single day.”

They are always so quick to respond to any issue- whether it is just a light bulb for my patio or advocating on my behalf so that I may have a brand new washer/dryer (my old ones were not working well). It is one of those factors many don't think about when considering a new home but definitely should be considered.In addition, the new front office manager (Elijah) has been a gift to this community. My fiancée has 10 years experience herself now, and our rescue doggos have 3 and 5 each.Yes, SVT is a pet friendly community.Feels like an old-school residence with plenty of new and improved updates.New ownership jumped right in and began upgrading. Everything. Inside and out.Sure, upgrades and improvements come with issues and inconvenience, but the efforts our residential management team make it okay. And, you can count on them. All that they provide makes this a wonderful community and residence to live in. Plus, the property is clean and well maintained because the services of Joel and Jose whom are constantly working on something to keep this place in the best condition possible.The amenities are great too; beautifully remodeled and upgraded swimming pool with comfortable lounging/sun bathing area. The upgraded rooftop social lounges with amazing views. Did I mention Pet Friendly. Accessible and convenient laundry rooms, subterranean parking, beautiful entryway, clean and secure.Now, being an older resident, I have an older apartment, but I've been in plenty of the newly remodeled apartments, and they are two thumbs up. Love the hardwood floors. Very nice.When it comes to neighborhoods, what could be better. Short walk to the beach, Palisades Park and the famed Santa Monica stairs for a healthy workout, and you have all of San Vicente Blvd island if you're a runner/jogger/walker.Easy access to PCH and 10Fwy, and everything else is minutes away.If you like the beach, like a quieter side of town, or just want to live in a really beautiful space, I recommend SVT.”

“My fiancé and I have been living at SVT for a few months now and I can truly say, WE LOVE IT HERE! From feeling safe to enjoying our view every day it's such a great feeling. The security, leasing office, maintenance man, they are all so kind and make us feel at home. We've also made friends with our neighbors on our floor as well as below us. Everyone is friendly. Since we've moved in, Rosie (the propery manager) has been so helpful and answered any questions we had. She checks on her tenants to ensure they are happy which I LOVE! Makes us feel more at home knowing that she cares and knows our name, as well as our fur baby :) I highly recommend looking into living here. There's lots to do such as walk the stars, lay out by the pool, make you a cup of coffee from the coffee machine downstairs in the lobby. Not to mention, there are 3 different Targets in less than 3 miles of eachother, Starbucks in walking distance, and a Trader Joe's a block away. You won't regret living here!!!!”
