“Had an excellent experience selecting a new sofa for our new space. I came in expecting to try out some sofas and potentially come back later, but we ended up purchasing a sofa by the end of our visit (very unusual for me). They were fairly busy on a Sunday, but a gentleman whose name I didn't catch directed us to a few sofas that I won't have thought to try, and of course one of them ended up being the one we purchased. We were passed off to Abdul for the logistics of the selecting the layout/fabric. Even though they were decently busy, Abdul took time to measure around the sofa to help us visualize how it would fit in our space, which helped us settle on a three-seater with a moveable ottomon, rather than a sectional.Overall had a lovely experience with the employees, and honestly their selection is amazing. It seems to be a very intentionally curated balance between well designed furniture without being over designed, well manufactured, and high(er)-end without paying extra for brand-name. It was honestly EXACTLY the balance was trying to hit. Can be more expensive, but if you can afford investing I strongly recommend KCC Modern, I'm confident this sofa is going to last a VERY long time.”

The chairs and loveseats are extremely comfortable, as well as being elegant in appearance and design. Every piece that we bought has been brought up to like-new appearance, using authentic finishing materials. We have, also, brought in pieces that we found elsewhere, and had Chris refinish and repair minor damage, and the results exceeded our expectations. Chris is also very knowledgeable of mid-century modern furniture designers, as well as suppliers of replacement parts (such as chair springs). Despite his extensive knowledge, Chris is very approachable and not the least bit condescending. If we had a complaint, it would only be that we are always tempted to buy more exquisite pieces of furniture, when ever we visit the warehouse.”

“We looked at couches at a lot of stores. Hans was the best person to work with. He had so many options and with our specific measurements was able to alter various couches to fit our needs. An exceptional number of material selections made it fun to try to find the perfect choice. He had lots of suggestions and steered us very well. “Bought two small tansu chests and a metal stand to support them stacked on top of each other. Love their look and their finish. Drawers open and close easily, and there is a locking mechanism on one of them. Also on another visit bought a stool shaped like a goldfish, painted red. Get lots of compliments on it. Good quality items, beautifully displayed in the store and in the windows, and courteous customer service.”

“Betty was exceptionally helpful in addressing my inquiries about a futon. She wasn't pushy in promoting additional frames or unnecessary add-ons. I appreciate that all their futons are crafted in-house right here at the store! Supporting businesses that manufacture in the USA is important to me. I deducted one star due to a discrepancy: the names of colors on their website differed from those available in the store, causing confusion. I hope they'll promptly update their website to reflect accurate information. Personally, I find it easier to call in my orders. Moreover, the pricing is more competitive compared to other places I've obtained estimates from, and the quality is commendable. I highly recommend this establishment if you're seeking a traditional Japanese-style futon, proudly made in the USA.”

“Tl;dr - I'm only writing this review because Target needs more staff if they are going to maintain half the aisles under lockdown. Otherwise, it's going to become not worth shopping here.I shop here frequently because I live in the neighborhood. It is well stocked for its size and it's great for families in terms of the kid aisles and general household, personal care items. The staff are typically very helpful and nice. I understand why they've put so many aisles behind locked cases, but they need more staffing. It's impossible to shop quickly in this store anymore, rendering its former "convenience" for less so. It takes 10 minutes and upwards to get something basic like toothpaste unlocked. The only solution is adding more staff if the locked aisles are staying in place.”

“This is my new favorite shop in the area! Have found wonderful deals and have gotten to class up my home. Love their large baskets and light fixtures. Lucked out and walked in during a week they were clearing out getting ready for their next shipment and everything was an extra 50% off other than bedding and wallpapers. Was able to bring home a beautiful console unit for 1/4th the full retail price! Whenever you know you want something make sure to take it to the front and have them put it aside for you, things go fast here! But keep coming back if you see something that got taken, they get new things and I've gotten second chances for most of what I've seen there before.”

Yes, this is an upscale Store, but even as the name of the store implies many things are definitely within reach! As a Hermann miller, faced store, you know right off the bat that anything you purchase is going to be of superior quality, not to mention having a great warranty to go along with it. The staff is always so very welcoming and friendly, and my recent shopping excursion was no exception. If you're not familiar with the work of Herman Miller, I implore you to explore each and every piece. The Eames lounge chair is my favorite! Plus, I love the fact that this chair is also made for taller people such as myself. When you sit in this chair, it's like sitting on a cloud. You'll feel absolutely warm and fuzzy. They also offer a variety of sit and stand desks that with a push of a button, can be adjusted for practically any height. This is absolutely spectacular, especially with so many people working from home these days. You definitely should consider this desk for your home office needs . A big thank you to Lisa and her staff for helping us out recently with our purchase.
