I was pleasantly surprised how quickly my wife and I were able to zero in on the correct mattress - with the help of Steven whose years in the business enables him to look at your body features to determine the best mattress for you. We had a split King (Double XL Twin) as my wife and I determined our comfort levels were not the same. The sale promises and delivery was perfectly executed to our home in Fairfield. My wife got a "topper" right off while I felt I was good without one. After her talking about how good the topper was, I tried it a couple of nights - and she was right. I called Steven and he sent it UPS right away. Very pleased with the service and the mattresses.”

I’ve regularly use their bowls, plates, and sauce dishes for the last 8 years and they still look practically brand new. And I’m not particularly gentle with my dishes. On the other hand, my dishware from places like Anthropologie and West Elm have all chipped or cracked.I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s a gem!”
“We were skeptical about this business just because the name is kinda goofy -- but we were blown away by the service and quality we got here, at a lower price point than retail. After our experience, I can't imagine buying a couch from a chain vendor again. We were initially eyeing sofas from Restoration Hardware, but they were very expensive, and we saw that other folks complained about poor quality, delivery times, and customer support. We came in to Sofa U Love after seeing one couch on Craigslist that looked roughly similar to what we were after. We were helped out by Benny from our initial walk-in. While we had looked at other "custom" sofa places, you were mostly looking at set models with some options around fabric. Sofa U Love was able to make a mock of the RH couch we were eyeing, then let us customize everything down to the arm width, to the stitching on the cushions. Benny and the team were super communicative as it was built out, and I appreciated their design insight. Our couch came in substantially less expensive than the couch we had been eyeing, built with solid wood (vs MDF), with faster delivery time, and made in California! It's rare you don't have to make tradeoffs!”

“Had an excellent experience selecting a new sofa for our new space. I came in expecting to try out some sofas and potentially come back later, but we ended up purchasing a sofa by the end of our visit (very unusual for me). They were fairly busy on a Sunday, but a gentleman whose name I didn't catch directed us to a few sofas that I won't have thought to try, and of course one of them ended up being the one we purchased. We were passed off to Abdul for the logistics of the selecting the layout/fabric. Even though they were decently busy, Abdul took time to measure around the sofa to help us visualize how it would fit in our space, which helped us settle on a three-seater with a moveable ottomon, rather than a sectional.Overall had a lovely experience with the employees, and honestly their selection is amazing. It seems to be a very intentionally curated balance between well designed furniture without being over designed, well manufactured, and high(er)-end without paying extra for brand-name. It was honestly EXACTLY the balance was trying to hit. Can be more expensive, but if you can afford investing I strongly recommend KCC Modern, I'm confident this sofa is going to last a VERY long time.”
