“What is cheap isn’t good & what is good isn’t cheap… Quality work & fast turn around times. Brought in my first car back in 2016 which was my 01 e46 330i, then second car which was a 2013 F30 328i, and right now my currently daily which is a 2015 F32 428i. Had my cars in and out the shop and always drove off the shop as if my cars were brand new. Ryan is always super clear and informative and very good at walking me through the processes and overall communication with the shop is excellent! Bav Pros the GOAT”

“Absolutely incredible experience working with Griffin. Curly is the man, such a fantastic dude, super transparent, honest, knowledgeable, reliable, the list goes on. Everyone else I dealt with was the same. I felt welcomed the minute I walked in, and everyone was friendly and we even got a few jokes in. The car is a million times better now. Quality of work is top notch, and it was cool to see some of the unique fixes that were made to solve weird issues. Also noticed in multiple cases that small extra work was done (like tidying cables) just because the tech was in there. That’s awesome stuff. I can’t say enough about the quality of service and the overall experience. These guys rock.”
“Nate is the real deal. Drove my Prime 8 years off the dealer lot with no maintenance other than oil and tires. So my ride was way over due preventative maintenance. Talked to two other places before taking it here. The other places wanted to do all sorts of extra things. In their defense they don’t specialize in hybrids. Talking to Nate at length he seemed very knowledgeable about Toyota PHEVs and performed only the necessary services and left me feeling good about the whole experience. I’ll be back!!!”

“Really can’t say enough good things about this place and the owner Gustav. It is somewhat of a hole in the wall around Point Richmond, but this has been the best experience I have had it at a mechanic in my life. After shopping around and visiting all of these “honest” mechanics that I was finding from reviews, I am very happy that I ended up stumbling across this place.
I will be taking my car only to this shop until I move or it dies. Also I will be recommending this place to everyone I know when they have any car issues, or just want an honest person to do an inspection.

“When the insurance company sent our car to their body shop, they decided to test to fix a totaled car for cheap and lowballed the estimate. We wanted a second opinion.
Golden Gate Collision was very professional and accommodating when we had to transfer a vehicle from the other body shop which tried to undercut the damages to our vehicle. Paul was fantastic and lightning fast in putting together an estimate that more accurately depicted the damages to the vehicle. He he was always ready willing and able to provide updates. Paul and his team accomplished in 2 days what took the other body shop took weeks to even get in motion.

The front office person, David, was welcoming, polite, and respectful.
They got a discount on the rental car for a replacement just down the street from them, which was very convenient.
Every step was described clearly, including what and when it would all happen. It took two to three days, whereas other offers took four or five days.
They fixed my car perfectly, on time, and even returned it washed and clean…..
This was a great experience in the world of body and fender service.
I will recommend them to all my friends who need their car fixed.
