“Excellent workmanship aligning my heavily modified mustang. My suspension setup is unique. Nothing OEM about it. So I had to find a shop that would be ok with me "interacting." And I know it sucks to have that nervous customer helicoptering the whole time but to my surprise I was comfortable with the way Chad handled my car right away. I could tell he knew what he was doing and that made the whole process a breeze. My appointment was on time and finished earlier than expected. “Made an appointment online to get an Express appointment for my 2021 Forester for an oil change and 18k mi checkup. Service Advisor Alan was great, friendly, helpful, and clear. I had a coupon I printed from online and he showed me the 3 different choices & adjusted prices with the coupon for the Express oil change (1 was the basic oil change, inspection, and tire rotation, the other 2 had some add ons). I picked the middle package that included a quick tire alignment check. He said it would be 60-90 mins.After about 60 mins I got a text saying the cabin filter is dirty and should be replaced and was quoted a reasonable price (we've never changed it in the 2.5 years we've had the car) and he also said that the alignment checked failed so they recommend aligning the tires (also something we've never done to this car). He said it would take another 2 hours for all that so I said that was too long, then the manager said they could get it all done in 1 hour so we approved the extra work, and it was indeed all done in 1 extra hour.All in all they spent 2 hours on the car (instead of the original 90 min estimate for the Express appointment), but they also did extra work. The cost ended up about double what the initial estimate was, but again, they did extra work that I believe was indeed necessary. Definitely coming back here!”
“Went in for a brake inspection and possible replacement. After inspection, they told me that I had about 70-80% brake life left on each pad and didn't charge me anything even though I tried offering some tips for services. I was in and out of there in literally 15 minutes. They were extremely pleasant and honest about everything and my new go-to place for any future brake services when needed.In contrast, several other shops that I went to for an inspection gave me elusive answers and asked me to come at 7am to get a service or told me it would take 2-3 hours to get the brakes inspected.”
