“I needed a little simple help with my sound system in my smart car. I did a quick search while I was down in Burlingame one day and found rock and roll. This guy is super stand up. I had no appointment, I just showed up and he stopped what he was doing and helped me. He solved my problem which was fairly simple in a few minutes and I was on my way. But that said, the real value here is the customer service. With the pandemic destroying businesses like these in large swaths, I was very happy to find this place. Great guy super knowledgeable, and if you have any old cars or hot rods, he's a specialist and electronic wiring in that sort of thing too. I wish I could recommend this place twice. Give him your money you won't go wrong.”

“I was in the market for a new TV. I wanted a large TV that was also great quality... and within budget. My father suggested I go to Video Only. When I walked in, this place was like a throwback. The store is very basic, but large. There is plenty of free parking available. The salesmen were awesome. They educated me about the basics of what I needed to know about purchasing a TV. They were kind, respectful, and answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured in any way, and they didn't try to oversell me. I returned the next day to purchase a TV and they greeted me by name when I walked in. The TV I purchased was $600 less than both Costco and Best Buy's sale price...! Also they offer delivery & setup very inexpensively. Rabie was awesome and I've already told several of my friends about Video Only. Thank you...!!”

“When we planned our major house remodel in 2013, I wasn't just looking for a company to install a home AV & automation system. I was looking for a partnership to be with us long term to support our systems (literally keep the lights on) and to help us with technology upgrades to stay current. I could not be happier with the partnership I've built with the folks at Hermary's, from the sales team, technical support team and the installation team. During our remodel, they worked with us and then closely with our architect and general contractor to ensure plans were integrated and the teams worked together to get the infrastructure installed to support our systems (whole-house audio/video over HDBaseT managed by Control4 along with a highly secure wired and wireless network setup). The system has been working almost 10 years now and I've always had great service, speedy response, and have been through a few technology upgrade cycles that were expertly handled. “This is a good store for people who need high quality stuff and my family loves this store a lot. The clothes are very high quality, but don't last very long. They even have popcorn and slushies inside the Starbucks and the popcorn is so good, but the Starbucks line is a nightmare and the wait time is usually very long. The things are the best and worth the money. The people at Curbside Pickup don't take super long and are very good with their timing. So, what I do recommend is that you do the curbside pickup option if you have so many kids and that would be easier for you.”

“My son's iphone had a severely damaged screen. I have TMobile 360 coverage, but since it's under Apple Care, I had to go to Apple for repair. I set an appointment for Best Buy through the Apple website. Best Buy didn't have the parts, so they sent me to the Apple Store. My experience at the Apple Store was smooth. All the employees were super nice and helpful. They took me in as "walk in" and repair took around 90 minutes as promised.There's easy parking in a lot and on the street. Sometimes gets busy, so you might need to circle a little. Next time, I'm going the Apple Store first, if the phone within the first 2 years and it's still covered under Apple Care. No need to go the the carrier for insurance repair.”

If you’d hear which they will close this location for good next year then don’t freak out because it doesn’t make sense economically! I give them 5 stars cause they still paying high rent and employees to give us services ?it’s adorable!”
