“Took my bose mini link speaker into fast repair for battery replacement , owner was both honest and very helpful in checking my charger and found it was my charger not the battery. He spent a lot of time with diagnosis and even re-screwed the battery back in which required a special took. Definitely recommend and will use service in the future.”

“Great experience! My surface book had a swollen battery issue for which Microsoft can't help. I called these guys up and they gave me a decent quote and I dropped my laptop off, and I was able to pick it up the next day with a new battery. Quality work, they opened and closed the magnesium body surface book properly. Now it works as good as on day 1. Thanks!”

I went in today to turn in the old phones and here's the good news and big shout out to ERNESTO!He looked again at the possibilities for trade in and found a special deal where if I added on some accessories-which I needed anyway - it would bump up my trade in allowance to $700 for one phone and $600 on the other. He totally did not have to do that as I had already completed my purchase and Verizon already had my $$$ !I highly recommend this store-also ample parking in the back and the store was clean and had plenty of product choices. “I scheduled an appointment here for 7:00pm to have my numbers switched between two new phones. I chose this store because they were open until 8pm. When I arrived, there was a customer being helped by a young man, Jose, I believe. By 7:15pm, the first customer was still being helped and three more customers had gotten in line behind me. It was clear that some would not get help before they closed. With the closing hour coming soon, Jose professionally handled the waiting customers and was able to successfully get my phones switched while also helping the other waiting customers. In what would normally be a stressful situation, Jose kept a welcoming and friendly attitude. We all actually chatted with each other while Jose took worked hard for us. Over all great experience. It is not simple, and now there is no record on my bill that we can mail in the old phones.I have spent several hours on the phone and I am sent to chat bots that can not resolve this.
